“Great gym with everything you need. The equipment is solid, the space is clean, and it never feels too crowded. The infrared saunas are a big bonus, super relaxing and great for recovery after a workout. STAC has become part of my weekly routine.”

“Karen is fantastic. She tailors the routine to my needs. She is able to work with my complex medical history. She is non judgemental and very encouraging. Highly recommended.”

“Lovely experience so far. At first I thought this was an interesting concept and I was slightly skeptical, because I’m used to just stopping in at a gym and getting it done or never getting it done:)
Orangetheory is great because there are classes with super engaging and friendly instructors that keep you motivated throughout and give you feedback on your workout posture. I am always confused if I’m doing exercises right, so this is very helpful!
The staff is so willing to help and you have an app to keep track of your appointments, with a heart monitor to keep track of your exercise results. As a side note they have fun activities that keep everyone involved which is also nice, little activities, with cool prizes!
And the workouts kick butt! I couldn’t be more thrilled I made this decision. Thank you Orangetheory for being here!”
“Dropped into CrossFit Olympia while passing through on a road trip. Showed up early to the 4pm class, Juanita was very welcoming and let me in. It's a 'warm up on your own' kind of structure, but you're given plenty of time, and there's a suggested warm up along with the workout written on the board. Everyone was kind, and the layout of the gym makes it easy to find equipment and you have plenty of room to work. Highly recommend checking this gym out! Thank you again, and will definitely drop in again if I'm in the area!”
“They place offers classes on how to do sliks. That is where you climb a slim and do acrobatics high in the air. It is really cool to go and watch the acrobats perform what they have learned.”
“Today I called in with questions regarding a youth program for my daughter. I was transfered to Tyler, when initially told that he would get back to me with answers, I thought "Yeah, right... this could be days or weeks." I was incorrect! Tyler returned my call same day and answered all my questions and advocated to meet my families needs. Fantastic customer service! I look forward to becoming a member and getting my kiddo involved.”
“I started exercising to help my recovery from a fall from which my left foot and ankle were injured, followed by my back from wearing a stabilizing boot for two months. The boot raised my injured foot higher than any pair of shoes I could compensate with on my right foot. The class was recommended by my physical therapist. I have found that not only does the class I am in help with my injuries, but also with my balance and strength. The class leader is attentive to everyone who participates and communicates with each of us to alert us to changes in scheduling or facility maintenance and remodeling. All staff at the Y have been accommodating and helpful.”

“Really enjoy our membership at the Valley, though we only use the pools! The locker rooms are clean and well equipped, as are the pools. Staff are friendly and responsive.”
“I’ll start with my one and only (but big) complaint: it’s way too hot!!! I typically run cold temperature wise (I’m the type of person that always keeps their coat on indoors) but I am always wayyyy too hot here. The few times I’ve done cardio I felt like I was going to die (maybe not quite that bad, but still, it’s not fun). So I normally stick to weights and walking on the treadmill, but even then I’m so warm that it makes me not want to come. Pretty please keep the temperature cooler! I’d love to be able to do cardio at the gym! The tiny fans on the treadmill aren’t enough. If it’s too cold for the staff with a lower temperature, might I suggest getting them hoodies, and a space heater for behind the desk? Because a place where you work out should be kept cool! (With the exception of hot yoga).
It didn’t feel fair to rate lower than 4 stars since this is my only complaint but please please make it colder! Pros: tons of machines. Staff is friendly and professional. There are classes available. Lots of tvs. Literally everything else is great!”
“Awesome gym! Friendly staff and owner are often on the floor training people. Lots of types of people, ages, and fitness experience represented. Welcoming and old school vibes (80s-90s posters decorate the space). It doesn’t get very crowded. Recommend!”
