“I have worked with Laurie at Panowicz twice. 7 years ago, I brought her my mother's diamond in an old setting to transform into a beautiful, unique, diamond and sapphire wedding ring. Recently, I wanted to add a band of sapphires. It was challenging, because of the shape of the ring and the smallness of my fingers. The results exceeded my expectations; the band compliments the ring perfectly. I love wearing this elegant ring! I really enjoyed working with Laurie. Other stores quoted us double the price and also said it would take weeks to get it done and he finished it in like 3 days! I wish I had a before photo to show how great he made this ring look but photos don’t even do the work he did justice.”

“Amazing customer service. My husband and I have tried many times to visit this store but since it's only open 12-5 it was hard to catch them. But today we were in luck and Lily, the owner, did not disappoint! She was so so nice, knowledgeable, and body sensitive. I was so worried about my curves and how to style them, but Lily totally understood and even gave me advice on how to make the shirt/skirt combo look even better on my body. Her mother also designed many of the skirts by hand and you could tell there were made with abundant love and care. I cannot wait to go shopping at this boutique again! Easter celebrations here I come (in a beautiful purple dress no less )!!”
