I love looking at all the different stuff they have though and I'm giving 5 stars because of the bracelet and the price. They're so reasonable and the bracelet is being worn daily and it's exceptionally well made. Love it!!!!”

“Amazing customer service. My husband and I have tried many times to visit this store but since it's only open 12-5 it was hard to catch them. But today we were in luck and Lily, the owner, did not disappoint! She was so so nice, knowledgeable, and body sensitive. I was so worried about my curves and how to style them, but Lily totally understood and even gave me advice on how to make the shirt/skirt combo look even better on my body. Her mother also designed many of the skirts by hand and you could tell there were made with abundant love and care. I cannot wait to go shopping at this boutique again! Easter celebrations here I come (in a beautiful purple dress no less )!!”

“Stopped in to browse. Was hoping for the new style or season. Needing clothes for a cruise in the fall. Didnt have what I was looking for. Staff was friendly and engaging. Told me to come back in a month or so for the new quarter. Did see some light hiking shoes I liked but didnt have my size. Wish Eddie Bauer would go back to the styles when they first opened. The trail and expedition clothing just ain't my style.”

“I'm an older woman who needs casual business attire. I often shop Macys and Penneys because I thought there wasn't much else out there. I'm tired of large stores where I get NO HELP.I went in to Chicos this morning and, after about an hour and a half had seven outfits from mixing and matching pants with shirts and tanks underneath. All their closthes can be interchanged. The lady who helped me was bar none the best salesperson I've ever had! She hooked me up with accessories and put together outfits for me to try on. Their pants look amazing on me and I'm overweight so have to be careful what I wear.If you haven't experienced Chicos yet, you need to try it out! For me it was a breath of fresh air!”

Not cheap, but prices reflect quality, and there's something for most budgets. Staff is polite and helpful. As long as we live in the area, I'll likely be back.”

“Some of my most favorite dresses and outfits come from here. They tend to be a bit pricey but the quality is impeccable. Always on trend with great sales! The owner is an absolute angel and always so friendly! The interior is beautiful with a glowy ambiance. The music is always just quiet enough, not distracting but adds to the shopping experience. “I am in a wheelchair and had a great experience in shopping at Olympia WA Macy's a week ago. From the very beginning when there was a handicap door that opened automatically I was very pleased. When shopping, I had two ladies assisting me and finding just the right sweater that I was looking for and I ended up buying three of them as they were on sale. The aisles were fairly wide in between the racks of clothes and it was easy for me to get around in my electric wheelchair. I would definitely shop there again thanks to Macy's employees for a great shopping experience.”
