“Childhood's End Gallery is an absolutely wonderful find.I was looking for very specific paperweights by a glass artist and after a quick google search, Childhood's End Gallery had two of the three pieces I wanted. I ordered them online and had them about a week later.I highly recommend visiting their website if you are not local like me. If you are local, definitely visit and see all the amazing artwork in person.”

“What a wonderful experience this morning! We happened to need my extra big sneaker poster reframed and they were so helpful and nice! It was pricier due to the size but the process was easy and I even got to envision what it’d look like with sample corners of the frame! Definitely coming back for all future framing needs as they seem super knowledgeable and helpful/friendly!”

“The store is a little jumbled and the first associate shh'ed me when I came up to ask for assistance with an item while she at chatting with what seemed to be a manager. The second associate I just happened to run into was a extremely lovely younger dark hair woman who I didn't need help from but she offered a few times and I appreciated it.”

“A friend of mine got me a beaded bracelet with charms and I'm in love. I've been in the store before but never really found anything that I really thought I needed to have. I love looking at all the different stuff they have though and I'm giving 5 stars because of the bracelet and the price. They're so reasonable and the bracelet is being worn daily and it's exceptionally well made. Love it!!!!”

“Sound and Vision Living is a real gem and our favorite Olympia place for design, inspiration, and a warm welcome! We discovered this shop soon after moving to Olympia, and Nicole, Dan, and Megan were quick to welcome us and get to know us--and we soon found ourselves looking for excuses to stop by and browse. Everything they sell has so much character and style, and it's just a happy place to visit. We decorated our living room and my video studio with midcentury modern furniture and perfect accents that helped make our house a home--and they're our go-to any time we need to shop for gifts. “The store is always super busy but they almost always have what I'm looking for and there are always sales so the value for the quality and selection is there. If they don't I can just order it from them. Staff are always overworked and the lines are crazy long but staff are super nice and get through the lines super fast (unless there is a complicated customer). Overall it's a win for me.”

Big shout out to Erika at this Lowe's store for meeting us halfway, even though it was a manufacturer issue, and helping us to a solution that fixed the lawnmower. “As a new homeowner I'm here a lot and the employees are always very helpful and kind. Just today one lady went above and beyond helping me find an air pump for a flat wheel barrow wheel. And then the gentlemen (Jason?) checking everyone out at the pay kiosks was super gracious while simultaneously helping me look up my Lowe's rewards and a person next to me with a veterans discount, even with the man behind me who was being pretty verbally impatient. (even though there were literally three people total in line and he had to wait maybe 2 minutes...) That they are still able to be so zen after black Friday is a feat. I hope they get a holiday bonus.”
