“Just wanted to give these guys credit where credit is due. I was a few minutes away from the bank when I received an appointment in clackamas in an hour. I checked in and asked how long the wait time was. They told me about 5 min. I checked travel time and figured I had enough time. I just passively told him no problem, I was just checking to see if I had enough time to get to my appt. When he heard about it, he just grabbed the first person nearby to help me really quick so I can head out faster.
It's amazing to see how thoughtful and helpful they are. Thank you, I greatly appreciate it”

For reference Other banks that I contacted told me the quickest they would get things done for me was within a week. They gave me a great rate and had my best interest in mind. I would really recommend this financial institution.”
“I love CCU because I can easily get my questions answered from the knowledgeable tellers. At 'brand X' bank, I have to get a question answered by setting an appointment with a customer agent, supervisor, assistant manager, or manager, and it takes up to a week to meet. This is not true of the smaller local banks.”
“And now you can understand my comments from this posting earlier. Simply look at the front page of the reflector. Did not make goal of May closure but succeeded in half. Chase will be my new bank.Replacing previous rating with this one. Staff here have always treated me well. Not their fault the CEO and managers lost touch with their clients. I’m still closing down accounts by May and finding another bank. But by all means is not the staff at this facilities fault.”

“These are some of the best people I have ever had the opportunity to work with. By work with, I mean, they did all the work and I got all the benefit. Elaine is beyond helpful throughout the whole loan process and beyond. Upon finalizing my RV loan she also noticed my truck and Harley finance agencies were charging me ridiculous APR and made the transfer process painless handling the Financial institution instructions and even had to go to war with the county courthouse on my behalf, (there was alot of paperwork she had sent to them dummy proof to ease the process for them to ultimately) i cannot think of a better individual to recommend to anyone lucky enough to have the privilege of going to her. 5 stars???? I'd give them 10 if I could!

“I have had very little problems with this bank nor any of their other branches nor their customer service over the phone! Everyone is friendly, the more you come in the more they recognize you!
They always ask for ID and your debit card/info every time so they know you're the one accessing the account even though they know you! I've never had my account compromised to this day either!
I've been banking with them since 2018! Always be precise with what you are asking for so there is no mistake! These ladies and gents working for the bank are awesome as well and by the book!”
