“Paul has great customer service skills he is a jolly fellow. The space could be tight to get in. The parking is limited for larger rig best bet would be on the street at the shipper and receiving rear side of the builing. Please note it's a $$ 250 fine for parking in Auburn street, night time it's fine cause the parking enforcement are sleeping. There's a truck stop near by 6 miles south on 167 which charges 25/day for parking, there's also a fuel stop at hwy 18 (76 fuel stop) ; only fuel no parking. Plenty of food nearby walking distance 1 mile and a small local casino, banks, Lowe's etc..”

“Recently I used this company to ship handmade rugs to relatives out-of-state. They did a stellar job: always answering the phone, picking the rugs up from the rug cleaning establishment, crating them for safety (they can only be rolled, not folded), and getting them to their destination safely. I have also used this company to ship delicate scientific equipment. And they have done it well: equipment arrived at their destination in the condition they were in to begin with. This is a trustworthy company. Perhaps not the least expensive, but definitely worth it to get such valuable items to their destinations safely and intact.”

“I'm giving four stars for the guy that went above and beyond to print the large format photos I came in for. He had some trouble with the printer, but he didn't give up and worked the problem until he got them printed. The second print had a minor ink mishap and he printed it four times trying to get it right. Ended up charging me half for the trouble (which wasn't necessary at all, but I appreciated it). The next time I came in (just two days later) for another print, a couple of young guys are working, and one of them informed me that "The printer doesn't work, someone uninstalled the drivers." I told them it worked two days ago when I was there, he just shrugged. This new generation of workers seems to be doing everything they can to be replaced by robots as soon as possible. I learned how to install drivers when I was around seven years old. He seemed happy to turn away a paying customer rather than dedicate any effort to trying to get the printer working. So one star off the location for the discrepancy in customer service. First guy was awesome, second guy seemed content with being totally useless.”

“I went to FedEX in Kent Station, although I was planning to go to a different one who had helped me with weird problems in the past. I didn't catch the women's names. one was a pleasant women with brown greying hair, a nice smile. I had had this horrible problem returning my Sketcher to Amazon. I never had problems with returns. But I had 7 or 8 copies of approvals that supposedly had return label on them . Except the space was blank. After calling Amazon directly I finally got a label. When I downloaded it to my drive. I took off for FedEX. Seems that I can't email this label. I could email everything else in my drive. The very kind woman worked with me for at least 20 minutes. She said maybe she could "direct" something. She was having trouble when this younger (of course) woman stepped in. Took her a while to get it done. And voila! I was done! It was sneakers from Great Britain that had at least eight pages of shipping label! These two saved my life! You can imagine an little old lady trying to fix this. And I don't have the money to just keep them. Thank you. Thank you!Joyce”

“I was picking up a pallet from the depot. Finding the right place to be wasn’t hard, but knowing I was in the right place was a bit of a challenge. There were clues, obvious in hindsight; after following a freight truck through the south entrance, the signs for parking hung on the other side of the chain link fence off to the right, the lack of marked parking lines, another sign for will call. I think they expect you to come in the other way and then drive around when they tell you where to go wait. Anyway, if you come in the South Entrance first, park off to the right. Go up the ramp, walk in to the warehouse follow the windows to the right and get someone’s attention through the door. Friendly service, fork lift driver was courteous and careful and we had a very friendly conversation. Thank you for the safe delivery!”

“Okay... It's 2021 and I'm still going to a print & ship center to print things. You'd think I'd just invest in a printer, but I haven't. And I probably won't. So that's why I'm super thankful for this FedEx location! I've come in here PLENTY of times to print, and a few times to ship some things. Service has always been really great and kind. Printing is a breeze and is decently priced. Computers are quick, printing is quick. It's an easy process and payment is simple, and contact-free. It's in the Commons Mall parking lot, so there's plenty of parking as well. Thankful for FedEx for making my life easier!”

But it turned out better because I ended up coming here, where I was treated very nicely. Customer service here is awesome! I wish I would have gotten the man's name who helped me, because he was super friendly and super efficient!”
