I love coming to this branch I always have such a good experience with one of the tellers. Her name is hard to pronounce but shes young and has dark hair. I was with columbia bank and with the merge nothing has changed, everything is still the same and the all the staff is very friendly

Ever since it has become Umpqua it just sucks. There is no reason a simple deposit should take 10 minutes. She wasn't helping anyone else. It's not just me every car every time in the drive through is there for so long. It was much better when it was columbia bank and way more friendly.

I have always been happy with the service at Columbia Bank. In more than one occasion they have caught fraudulent attempts to charge to my account. They have done well at protecting my account. I would recommend them as a good place to bank.
