“Came in to open an account with Gesa for the first time, reasonable and quick wait time for the number of people that were there, Edgar was very helpful and nice throughout the entire process and sent me off with a brand new account. I was probably in the building for no more than 30 minutes thanks to him.”
“Had a big banking issue that Chase customer service was of very little help it. I went into the Pasco branch and rockstar manager Rose and her team went above and beyond and took care of the time consuming issue for me. Rose went to bat for me and took a lot of time out of her day to deal with the chase fraud department on my behalf.”
