“Walked in with my kids to this store. So many things caught my eye. I was so tempted to buy everything, my daughter had to remind me to “get only things we need”. I will for sure next time come to this store next time I’m in the Tri Cities area. Thank you for the warm greeting, and testy candy.”

“Details is a wonderful store! It offers a huge variety of decor and furniture items, as well as unique clothing you won’t find elsewhere in Tri-Cities. While the store is smaller than it was originally, they still offer all of the quality furniture and lighting they did before. There seemed to be a bit of a turnover in staff over the last 12 months, but overall it is far more friendly to visit!”

“My wife and I were greeted by Christopher. He was super nice and didn’t pressure us at all as we were just browsing. We found a couple of dining table and chair options we liked and Chris got us quotes for them. He was very informative with our questions we had about their delivery, protection plan, and pricing options. We ended up choosing a set not only because we liked it, but because Chris made us feel comfortable and confident with our purchase. Highly recommend working with him if you want a seamless experience without feeling pressured. Thank you Chris!”

“I do not know if its company wide or just this store, but it seems to becoming less cluttered and crowded of items just placed wherever. You can walk down the aisles and actually find things and pick them up without thinking you will break something. Love finding so many goodies and selection.”
