And let me just add to the bad review below. Freight days are chaotic. Not 1 box of Freight is labeled nor is it easy to dig for anything specific. I was present when that lady was there and she was rude to staff screaming at them and demanded people find what she needed. Had she given them an opportunity to stock the shelves 1 day later the items would've been on the shelf. Understaffed at the time. Also hung up on the manager after screaming at her on the phone.

8823 Sandifur Pkwy, PascoMy dog had emergency surgery elsewhere over the weekend and I did his follow up care today with Pet Medical Center and the experience was amazing. The tech, Heather, and Dr. Kontogianis made me feel seen and heard and genuinely cared for. After a such a scary experience and a nerve wracking healing process after this surgery, having knowledgeable and caring providers be there for you is so valuable. Every concern was met with a clear plan and I feel confident leaving this appointment that we are headed in the right direction in his healing process. I also needed to purchase some food there and LJ was so helpful and walked with my dog around the store while I checked out to make things easier for me. I truly can’t say enough amazing things about this experience. 10/10 recommend Pet Medical Center. Thank you!

In my opinion pets have more freedom of opinions than their owners and when you have bad vibes you pass those along. They came home Sunday happy and healthy with no sulking
All the staff knew my pets personality and explained in detail how they did during their boarding but honestly the pets told me more when they returned home
The boarding is for them not you trust them
