And let me just add to the bad review below. Freight days are chaotic. Not 1 box of Freight is labeled nor is it easy to dig for anything specific. I was present when that lady was there and she was rude to staff screaming at them and demanded people find what she needed. Had she given them an opportunity to stock the shelves 1 day later the items would've been on the shelf. Understaffed at the time. Also hung up on the manager after screaming at her on the phone.

3012 Rd 92, PascoWe took our dog in with suspicion of salmon poisoning and I cannot say enough good things about our experience from start to finish! They got her in right away, was communicative, very friendly and CARING! The doctor thoroughly explained what he had found in tests, and what he recommended for treatment. We finally took her home after 4 days and she’s doing so much better! Animal Hospital saved her life and we are forever grateful!!

The staff were extremely calm and empathetic. They were able to give my dog the care she needed and at a good price.
I was very thankful that they gave me an informative quote before everything was finished so that I didn't feel blindsided by anything.
Overall I am so thankful for the kindness of these wonderful people.
The communication was good, the care was perfect, the cost was generous and fair, and I will forever be grateful to the wonderful veterinarians and staff of this establishment.

7196 Columbia River Rd, PascoMy fur babies boarded at this facility 6 yrs ago and when we walked in this last week they immediately knew where they were & were comfortable. In my opinion pets have more freedom of opinions than their owners and when you have bad vibes you pass those along. They came home Sunday happy and healthy with no sulking
All the staff knew my pets personality and explained in detail how they did during their boarding but honestly the pets told me more when they returned home
The boarding is for them not you trust them
