Artmil closely worked with us to ensure they developed a website that would meet the needs of the club. They integrated a user-friendly reservation process for club hikes that includes the option to sell tickets for special events that the club hosts several times a year. The website is visually appealing and highlights what the club does - exploring public lands in the Pacific Northwest! We receive a lot of compliments about our website from members and other hiking clubs. We now have a yearly contract with Artmil for website maintenance and hosting. “I had the BEST experience with Rigo at FedEx. I came in needing to return SIX massive boxes, and it was honestly a complete hassle. The total shipping cost came out to $813, and I had to call Amazon right there to figure out if they were actually going to cover it.
Rigo was incredibly patient while I sorted everything out on the phone. Thank God I did call, because Amazon ended up telling me to just keep the items instead of paying that amount. Through the whole process, Rigo stayed calm, kind, and so helpful.
On top of that, he helped me load all six huge boxes back into my car. That level of customer service is rare. He went above and beyond, and I truly couldn’t have done it without him.
