“Okay, this is why I love dealing with Old Dominion. Yesterday we asked for pick up with very late notice. It was large, .... over 20 pallets. I knew we should've given more notice, but there had been problems lining everything up on our end. We called and they were able to get three trucks over to us asap. The drivers were so helpful, and happy! IT WAS 111° OUTSIDE, and we had just hit them with a huge last minute order, and they were laughing, professional and thanked us all for our business! All three were just great! Thank you for your excellent customer service, and getting our shipments delivered on time! Volm Companies”

“So easy to work with. Delivered right in the middle of the two hour window they said they would deliver in. The driver called 10 minutes before to say he was on his way and to make sure our residential delivery had room for his truck and trailer. He made every effort to stay in the driveway and not get out in to the field when maneuvering around even after we told him to not worry about it. Would recommend Reddaway to anyone.”

“Called the main Pasco center on industrial Way because a phone was to be delivered and the driver was unable to deliver as it required a signature. I did not hear him at the door. They have great customer service because they reached out to the team and got a hold of my driver and it was re-delivered in the same day just within a couple hours of his first attempt. Since I had paid for overnight shipping I appreciate their extra effort. This is the second time I’ve interacted with the main Pasco facility and the people there are extremely nice and care about helping you.”

“I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this store and the staff. I needed programs printed for my Uncle's funeral. They were fast, efficient, friendly. After printing I found many grammatical errors in the obituary and Manny and the rest of the staff still made sure they were done quickly, with a smile on their face.
