“Okay, this is why I love dealing with Old Dominion. Yesterday we asked for pick up with very late notice. It was large, .... over 20 pallets. I knew we should've given more notice, but there had been problems lining everything up on our end. We called and they were able to get three trucks over to us asap. The drivers were so helpful, and happy! IT WAS 111° OUTSIDE, and we had just hit them with a huge last minute order, and they were laughing, professional and thanked us all for our business! “So easy to work with. Delivered right in the middle of the two hour window they said they would deliver in. The driver called 10 minutes before to say he was on his way and to make sure our residential delivery had room for his truck and trailer. He made every effort to stay in the driveway and not get out in to the field when maneuvering around even after we told him to not worry about it. Would recommend Reddaway to anyone.”
