“I had a grinding noise coming from one my tires that just appeared while driving, I pulled into Tri-Cities to see if they could check it out. Even with all their bays full they asked if I could hang out for a few and they would try to squeeze me in. Within a few minutes they had my truck up on the rack and tracked down I had picked up a rock in my front caliper and had me fixed in under 20 minutes. When I brought my car into Les Schwab they gave me a quote for the parts I'll need for my car and then when I brought it to Firestone almost everything that Les Schwab said needed to be fixed didn't need to be fixed.
