“My truck had a brake failure a couple blocks from the shop, I came in and informed them of the situation and got a rough cost. I was informed they were very busy and was booking weeks out, but they would find time.
I was surprised at how reasonable the cost was and even more surprised at how quickly they did the brake job.
I wasn't a previous customer and they had no obligation to get it done as soon as they did, but they pulled through and saved my rear end.
I will be using them in future (hopefully with more notice and booking with them properly)”

They noticed corrosion around the car battery stems, so they wire brushed that off and cleaned the area up for free. They also polished the faded head lights...
They had a waiting room with free bottled water and TV'S to watch, so easy to wait for our car.

“Great people, good service, and well-priced. They are committed to making sure your vehicle is serviced well and quickly. Ensuring your confidence in them as a consumer even if you aren't knowledgeable. Aaron's is also able to diagnose an issue well based on your observation.
I have had to get my Subaru serviced a few times here and have had a great time dealing with the front staff. They are transparent with options you have for fluids or parts. It's also a benefit that they don't push extra maintenance, such as an oil change. They will tell you about a potential issue they notice in case you want to do it yourself or offer to do it themselves.
The following is my mistake for not following up immediately after a service:
An issue occurred after one service (differential gear and fluid replacement) where asbestos packing near the engine's heat shield was missing after I picked it up, causing a rattling sound 5 minutes after leaving the lot. I didn't bring it back until a few months later to get it fixed (my fault).”
