“Since I have moved to Richmond four years ago, I have been taking my Allante for Rob and his team to do the maintenance and check ups. When I needed new tires, Rob noticed my car is a collector car, he immediately suggested to buy summer tires and not all season, since I do not drive it in the winter. Rob is observant, and understanding will go extra mile to help his customer to save money, since I have to put in a rebuilt Bosch ABS brake pump, plus changing all the fluids of the car for the first visit to Rob's garage, he suggested a cheaper tire but they will match the second grade performance tires. Rob always look after his customer and putting himself in the light of his customer's perspective. His team and Rob treats me as a family member, with honesty and understanding. Will definitely recommend Rob and his team to my friends and family.”

I will never take my Tesla somewhere else, and if I ever happen to be in a situation where I need my vehicle repaired I will definitely only return to Mercedes Benz Collision Centre in Richmond.Their attention to detail is unmatched. They take their time with the repairs and do not rush anything. My Model Y looked like it was brand new and had just been delivered when they returned my vehicle to me.They fully repaired the damage from someone rear ending me, and they went above and beyond by detailing my whole car inside and out. I was surprised that they had fully wiped down the interior and vacuumed it when they did not need to.Wesley and Tina were great as they kept in touch and were always friendly with me no matter how many times I called them. They always kept me updated on the parts ordering process, what was being worked on, and how long it would take for me to get my car back.Mercedes Benz Collision Centre did not have any loaners available, however they did get me a rental car (Toyota Corolla) from the Hertz next door for me to drive during the duration of my repairs.I highly recommend MB Collision in Richmond if you need to have any repairs done to your vehicle. He took my car in, even though he was busy and it was on short notice. By noon, he called me back to say a couple of tires were low but no punctures. When I came to pickup my car he didn't charge me. “Yoshi is a phenomenal mechanic for Japanese cars. We trust Yoshi to figure out any issue with our car that other mechanics either can't or take multiple tries to—he does it better than anyone else. He's been able to prolong the life of our Lexus so much. Very reasonable pricing too. He's also a lovely person and always goes above and beyond for his clients. For these reasons, we drive all the way from South Surrey to Richmond every time! He was involved in a bad motorcycle accident through no fault of his own in May 2023 and has had to close shop for some time. He has a fundraiser for this that other regulars might also be interested in looking at.”
