“This shop is amazing, from my initial phone call for a quote to the day of repair. Robert was extremely honest from the very beginning, giving me more than one quote on aftermarket parts versus OEM, allowing me to make the decision. The same OEM BMW parts plus labour at Robert’s shop saved me $600 versus the dealership. The front staff is also friendly and kept me updated through text message throughout the repair.
When I came to pickup my car, Robert told me he ran some codes for me as he saw a message on my dashboard. He printed out all the coding messages for me and said he can do all the software fixes in the future. This was not expected and very kind of him. I would recommend anyone to visit this shop. Thank you again and I’ll definitely be back!”

“My brake caliper was seizing and luckily this was the nearest shop near me at that time. Eric explained everything to me and stayed overtime to work on my car because I wanted it to be done fast if possible as I use my car to go to school. Plus points for updating me about the progress and doing other necessary stuff free of charge! Will definitely come back here again for my next car service!”
“I had some body work and paint correction done at JL Brothers. There was an issue with one of the panels that did not turn out so well. I was out of town for an extended period. So months later i took it back and Richard fixed the panel at no charge. Based on this interaction i was a happy customer. We all make mistakes but making good on those mistakes is what really matters.”
“My truck had a brake failure a couple blocks from the shop, I came in and informed them of the situation and got a rough cost. I was informed they were very busy and was booking weeks out, but they would find time.
I was surprised at how reasonable the cost was and even more surprised at how quickly they did the brake job.
I wasn't a previous customer and they had no obligation to get it done as soon as they did, but they pulled through and saved my rear end.
I will be using them in future (hopefully with more notice and booking with them properly)”
“Took my 2018 BMW M5 in to CG motorsports for comprehensive repairs. They were super polite, understanding and transparent throughout the whole process. Will, Jackson and Chris are great guys to deal with. I trust this shop with my vehicle a lot more than I would any BMW dealership. They have got reasonable prices and very professional. “One of the doors on my Toyota Highlander was dented after being hit by another car. I subsequently took the car to ASC Collision, where Mr. Sam greeted me and patiently answered many of my questions. He even took me inside their large repair shop and explained the possible repair steps to me. Jason and Cathy at the front desk were both very polite. After the car was repaired, Mr. Sam personally went over the entire repair process, details, and all the items of the charges. My car was repaired and looks as good as the original one completely. Sam and his team are very professional and trustworthy.”
“11/10 service, brought my Audi in a while back after some friends recommended me, Ara took more care of my that any dealership. He diagnosed my car briefly at no charge and was able to give me recommendations on how I should be driving the vehicle till the problem was resolved. “Super friendly and honest. I had a screw in one of my tires. I did not have an appointment but was serviced with a very short wait time. The technician Abhi then showed me that while the screw did leave a mark, it did not fully puncture the tire and gave me the choice whether I want to patch it or wait a few days and see if the tire is losing pressure. Would 100% come back in the future.”

“Ash is absolutely amazing. I brought my tiguan in to fix an unknown oil leak, my car also had abnormal engine pressure for a long time. He was able to identify the faulty valve, explained to me in detail what the component is for and how the team is going to fix the problem. Now after the car has been fixed, I can feel a measurable improvement in it's performance and lowered rpm on the highway. Will definitly return to Richmond Motorworks If I ever need future repairs on my car.”

“I was driving today with my 7 month old baby when the engine light suddenly came on with a warning message. It scared me so much, so I asked a body shop I really trust and they recommended this place. I called and asked if I could come in within 10 minutes, and they kindly told me to come right away.
As soon as I arrived, they checked my car immediately and fixed the issue in just five minutes. It turned out to be a very small problem, and they even refused to charge me for the labor. Honestly, I always believed there’s no such thing as free but from start to finish they were incredibly kind, honest, and professional.

It was so helpful because most places were too busy to take my car or were charging much more! This place was very reasonably priced and service was good. I really appreciate their quick service. 1 year later and my starter still works, no problems.”
