“My truck had a brake failure a couple blocks from the shop, I came in and informed them of the situation and got a rough cost. I was informed they were very busy and was booking weeks out, but they would find time.
I was surprised at how reasonable the cost was and even more surprised at how quickly they did the brake job.
I wasn't a previous customer and they had no obligation to get it done as soon as they did, but they pulled through and saved my rear end.
I will be using them in future (hopefully with more notice and booking with them properly)”

“I had gotten an oil change at Jiffy Lube in the United States and the oil plug was leaking when I got back home to Canada enough that it was low oil took it into the Jiffy Lube in Richmond and number four Road and they put in a new plug topped up the oil, topped up the windshield washer fluid very friendly surface

“I recentlybdiscovrred Joe and his shop. I live in Nanaimo and Mercedes specialized repair shops are few..I needed a transmission service. Best price I could get locally +$1300. Joe's $450! Oem spec parts and fluids. Charges labour at time spent not what the book says ( which is always drastically more that actual time) Nanaimo time 3.5 hours- Joe 1.5 hrs. I am a convert andcwill be back!”

Even better, they pre-ordered all the required parts before asking me to bring in my car, so I wasn't left without my vehicle unnecessarily. Once everything was ready, they scheduled a drop-off date and estimated the repair would take about seven days.

“Ash is absolutely amazing. I brought my tiguan in to fix an unknown oil leak, my car also had abnormal engine pressure for a long time. He was able to identify the faulty valve, explained to me in detail what the component is for and how the team is going to fix the problem. Now after the car has been fixed, I can feel a measurable improvement in it's performance and lowered rpm on the highway. “I had an excellent experience with this body shop after my 2020 Mazda CX-30 was involved in an accident. They replaced the damaged parts, did a perfect paint job, and even cleaned the entire car thoroughly. My car looks brand new again!
They also handled the insurance claim for me from start to finish, which made the whole process stress-free and smooth.
I would especially like to praise Zoe at the front desk — she was very polite, always welcoming with a bright smile, and extremely helpful.
Manager Peter Li was also outstanding. He was very efficient and kept me updated on the repair progress regularly, which I truly appreciated.
I would also like to thank their partner company, Enterprise Rental, for providing me with a rental car (a 2025 Nissan Rogue). The car was very clean, new, and comfortable, and it made my time without my own car much easier.
