“My truck had a brake failure a couple blocks from the shop, I came in and informed them of the situation and got a rough cost. I was informed they were very busy and was booking weeks out, but they would find time.
I was surprised at how reasonable the cost was and even more surprised at how quickly they did the brake job.
I wasn't a previous customer and they had no obligation to get it done as soon as they did, but they pulled through and saved my rear end.
I will be using them in future (hopefully with more notice and booking with them properly)”

“I purchased a set of Michelin in May for an older B class. The tires they chose gave a smoother ride than the previous Michelin??
Good choice by the staff I guess.
Today the tire pressure indicator came on the car, so I drove to Ladner from town and despite being extremely busy, all were understanding and accommodating after I realized there was a screw in the tire.
We were put through within a couple of hours and the repair was granted under their policy.

“So nice and helpful. We rolled in on a Friday, 10 minutes before closing because the battery in our RV quit working while we were camping. They didn't have a new one but managed to patch together a used on and add on the right connections for our RV. Even with that extra mile service they didn't charge us as much as we expected.”
