“1 1/2 yrs ago when both of our cars had the tires slashed the tire service we used for years told us it would take about 5 days, so as my wife was organizing rental cars I called Short Stop and they had tires on both cars the same day. Last Saturday, Jan 13/24, I called Short Stop to see about having snow rated tires put on my car before the big snow fall, Dale was super busy and got back to me at the end of day with options and asked me to call Tammy Monday am. Called Tammy and mentioned a time constraint and she had me be bring the car in early so they could remove the tires in advance and as soon as the new ones arrived they could put them on….car was ready to go at 12:30. Way to go Dale, Tammy and Short Stop. Fantastic service.”

I used to go to the dealer but their prices are based on service packages not specific work I wanted. This shop will save you money in the long run. “The low tire pressure was on my Lexus one Tuesday morning a couple of weeks ago. I drove to work as usual but phoned Direct Drive to see if he'd have some time to take a look at my tires. He took my car in, even though he was busy and it was on short notice. By noon, he called me back to say a couple of tires were low but no punctures. When I came to pickup my car he didn't charge me. Great guy!! Someone you can trust with your car.”

“These guys were amazing. I was in the area when my car died unexpectedly, and I was able to limp it into Aaron's. Even though it was past their closing time they still took the time to come and look at my vehicle.After that they spent an additional 30 minutes fixing it so I could make the trip back home.They could have easily just told me they were closed and they they would not be able to help me, but instead they took the time and saved me so I could make it back home and they did it with a smile.Thank you for your assistance, you saved me a very expensive tow back to my house.”

They also polished the faded head lights...They had a waiting room with free bottled water and TV'S to watch, so easy to wait for our car.Recommend for car repair or autobody work, and will definitely be back.”

“If you're a Canadian and your car happens to break down in Point Roberts do not hesitate to take your car here. It's a better option than trying to find a tow truck company to come into the US and tow you back to Canada first. They went above and beyond the call of duty to get me out of this jam by getting me back on the road before the weekend (I had a difficult starter issue with rusted bolts). You can 100% trust that they're not going to take advantage of you and they don't nickel and dime you for every little thing possible like other repair shops do.
