Umpqua bank is a fabulous local bank with friendly and knowledgeable employees. The branch guys have very helpful and do old school banking with a smile. Not a fast service location but will leave with a cookie and smile. The business run like a Big bank should, with smooth process when creating a bank account. Overall the service is very friendly and helpful, and the employees have been helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Umpqua bank for a Canadian needing a U.S. account.
