That's the kind of business I like to support. It's close to my house and I'll be going here for all my automotive needs. We as consumers really need to support local businesses even if they're a tad bit more than say... A giant online conglomerate. They're not trying to rip anyone off by charging more, they're simply trying to survive amongst online retailers.”

“Getting in a fender bender or accident is kind of stressful - Carstar makes it simple and straightforward and I know they’ll do a great job. They know the ins and outs of the whole process so it’s a true relief handing it over to them!(Just fyi that the website allowed me to make an appt on thanksgiving and even sent me text reminders, but it was a glitch. I was pretty sure it was so didn’t even bother putting on real shoes or change out of my PJs that morning ? they called me back as soon as they were actually open though!)”

“This is the first wrecking yard where Ive encountered people who treat its customers good...They pull the parts for you and are very very fair on pricing...I drive a 93 dakota 4x4 hard to find parts for and they allow you to purchase what you need over phone so you can not make the drive for nothing... I highly recommend coming here...plus they have an awesome mascot dog camped out in lobby :)”

Erased.Most shops need a little nudge to let you know what's going on, they are no different.Once they started repairs, they kept me posted and had it done far ahead of the estimated time. That's luck of the draw because some repairs do take longer. This kind of work is an art form and they have it figured out.”

“Was looking for a new family car for over a year and have struck out. Came to Port Orchard Ford just to look was not expecting AT ALL to walk out with a car. But after the experience could not walk away without the car I've been looking what felt like ages for. Andrew Maddy was a breath of fresh air when it comes to car salesman, the conversation was like a friend and we felt no pressure to walk out with anything. Which in my experience in the past it was just so pushy and felt like you were a waste time if you weren't buying. Also Erin in finance was sooo nice and made the finance part that I don't understand whatsoever easy and straightforward. She was also super friendly and easy to talk to. “Very quick to get you in even though it's first time bases. Good customer service even if they are short staffed. They are someone limited on tires but you have the option to order your own tires and have them shipped there or bring them in I will go there again. Hours are pretty decent.”
