“I went to port orchard autozone looking for replacement batteries for a class a motor home. I was helped by Lakoda, he was a nice young man that provided me help. He was knowledgeable, kind, and provided great customer service. I will continue using this auto parts store due to his friendly nature and continues attitude of caring for the customer. I carried the first battery out of the store and when I turned around Lakoda was already headed to my car with the second battery so I did not have to carry it, then wished me a good day while he headed to help more customers. Great job Lakoda, I hope your bosses see this and put a little extra in your paycheck for doing a great job and providing autozone with a returning customer.”

“The communication could not have been better. I received daily updates from Ashleigh which were greatly appreciated. Questions were addressed by her thoroughly and with the utmost professionalism and patience. The repairs themselves were absolutely top notch. Painting quality was superb. Unique aspects to the repair were handled with great care and with appropriate follow-up. Calls were returned as soon as possible. All charges were thoroughly explained. I would not hesitate to return to the same facility again if the need arose. 5 stars from top to bottom. Highly recommend.”
