“The communication could not have been better. I received daily updates from Ashleigh which were greatly appreciated. Questions were addressed by her thoroughly and with the utmost professionalism and patience. The repairs themselves were absolutely top notch. Painting quality was superb. Unique aspects to the repair were handled with great care and with appropriate follow-up. Calls were returned as soon as possible. All charges were thoroughly explained. I would not hesitate to return to the same facility again if the need arose. 5 stars from top to bottom. Highly recommend.”
“This place is definitely turning around. They used to be stuck in there ways, old heads looking down on youngsters like my self for not knowing the exact name of a part or tool, and unless you were friends with the staff you didn't always get the best help. HOWEVER they have drifted away from that and are more friendly and happier to help anyone. Huge shout out to Chrissy for being patient with me and hearing me out and fixed my problem. Ill definitely be back and there slowly starting to get me to change from autozone if they keep this great service up.”

“I went to port orchard autozone looking for replacement batteries for a class a motor home. I was helped by Lakoda, he was a nice young man that provided me help. He was knowledgeable, kind, and provided great customer service. I will continue using this auto parts store due to his friendly nature and continues attitude of caring for the customer. I carried the first battery out of the store and when I turned around Lakoda was already headed to my car with the second battery so I did not have to carry it, then wished me a good day while he headed to help more customers. Great job Lakoda, I hope your bosses see this and put a little extra in your paycheck for doing a great job and providing autozone with a returning customer.”

“Been going to these guys since 2006. I've had 3 cars fixed in that time, the same one twice. Everytime my car came out looking brand new and perfect. Not only is the work stellar, the people are fantastic! Friendly, professional , efficient. The repairs are fast and done on time.
