“Nice staff work done quickly but they won't do anything extra. They diagnosed bad water pump,also timing belt and harmonic balancer. Check engine light on when went in still on when I picked up. Think they would have seen that and asked about it. Also told them engine cover was in the back and was still there when picked up,thought they might at least put it back on.”

“First off this garage is spotless, I've seen surgical suites less organized and clean. Joe (owner) is brilliant, reasonably priced and very tenacious. I have a 74 beetle, definitely problem child, that he very patiently repaired its multitude of issues. HIGHLY recommend especially for antique vehicles. 5 stars not enough.”

“I can't say enough about the awesome team at the Port Orchard Midas! Angela went above and beyond to make sure an experience that could have been stressful, wasn't. The technician was a saint after the headache my car gave him. Brian managed the whole fiasco like the true professional he is.
I've worked customer service most of my life and watching Angela in action was the true meaning of that job description.
I brought my car in on Wednesday morning and due to a part not being available, had to leave it overnight, unexpectedly at the shop. Without hesitation, angela offered take me home so I didn't have to find a ride last minute. The team was really trying to get my vehicle finished before closing. My car did not cooperate through the entire process. The technician truly is a saint.

Owning a tree service, equipment, and vehicles constantly are in need of repair. KC is always happy to help and does so with a smile on his face.
I have used his services numerous times over the years. He always gets me right in, and just simply gets things handled. He's never given me an excuse, or added hidden fees. He never tries to upsell work on me and I have learned that I can trust him. He always makes me feel like I am his only customer, even though he usually always has a numerous cars being worked on. It is nice to know that there is a small, hard working neighborhood mechanic that values his integrity and relationships with the community over making a dollar.
One other story I would like to share about KC's character... my mom had a tire pressure code on her dash. She put air in her tires, and the light didn't go away. She then took it to a shop that I won't name to diagnose the issue. The shop told her the sensor had failed and needed replaced. When she asked which one, they told her all 4 of them. They wanted $864 for the work. She asked for my advice, and I told her to take it to KC. When he received her car, he checked the pressure on all 4 tires ALONG WITH THE SPARE in her trunk... she had a low spare tire... literally that simple. He could've chosen to agree with the other shop, come in cheaper for the work, and made $700 for only needing to air up her spare. If that doesn't show this man's character, I don't know what will.
There are times in your life where you meet someone in a professional setting; where you come away feeling happy about the connection you made. Every time I recommend someone to him, they always have such positive feedback about their experience.
Do yourself a favor... don't take my word for it. If you have a vehicle issue that needs fixing, call KC first. Give him an opportunity. You have nothing to lose and will come away reminded that there are still trustworthy people in the automotive repair industry.”
“Called in with brake issues and Vance said I could bring my car in right away and they could do the brakes and I can pick it up at the car at the end of the day. It did not even take until the end of the day, Vance called at 1pm ready for pick up.
Vance called throughout the process and let me know what was wrong, the repair needed and was transparent with cost and repairs.
Picked up the Edge and was happy and relieved to feel the difference from before to after repairs. Thank you team, it was an enjoyable experience and I have peace of mind.”

“Our first meeting with Kitsap Rv was to winterize our camper . We had an appointment scheduled for a later date to do this service prior to my calling to reschedule because of a chemo treatment The person in service totally understood and said bring it in an hour We did and had the service preformed Their service dept did a great job for us and told us to bring it back in the spring for them to get it ready for us to go camping at No charge ! That spring we decided not to camp due to a rare disease and gave it to them to sell for us We were told they would sell it within a couple of months and it was !!! Both sales and service get 5 stars Thanks Kitsap RV Give them a try”

“I went in to have my car checked out to see if I have a blown head gasket. Turns out I do but since the mechanic was able to do it in 5 minutes, the owner graciously didn't charge me. I got an appraisal that includes the credit card fee as well as a little extra for parts that may come up. Now I just need to get the money.”
