I have a wide foot with a high arch so I always take my time. In the time I was looking several people came in with various requests. Tami never lost her cool, she greeted everyone pleasantly, explained she was by herself, she helped every customer that day with a smile and understanding. I left with 2 pair of shoes that fit me well, I have worn both and I’m very pleased. I don’t think I would’ve purchased if she hadn’t taken the time to fit me perfectly. Kudos to Tami, she is an exceptional employee.”

And i LOVE how most of their product has warranties. Whoever heard of a warranty on work boots? Except for the prices (I'm on a strict budget) this place is the place to go for anything work related for workwear. Was patient and took his time, even though it was busy and he was short staffed. When the kids inevitably grow, we will be back!!”

“Found the associates bored and not attentive to the customers. The only time they woke up was when my rain jacket was marked wrong but I still got the lower price because they had to honor it. My lucky day! Customer serve is highly lacking, training is incomplete in a lot of retail businesses.”

“Went with my partner yesterday to get them shoes. We had our two kids with us. I lost sight of one briefly and Employees asked if I was looking for someone/something when they saw me frantically looking (checked out the doors too because he’s a STRONG 2 year old and I saw a family go outside seconds before I got there) When they heard it was a small child all the employees reacted VERY quickly and immediately got on the radio. Seconds later one spotted my kid who was thankfully back with my partner and other child. He had ran back down another isle and around with out me seeing. Quick litter bugger giving me a heart attack and always has me on my toes.

My partner ended up with two nice pairs of shoes with a $120 gift card they had from Christmas, a $30 coupon, and still has about $19 left on the card.”
