The prices are great and unbeatable, with spacious apartments that include amenities like a washer and dryer. The location is loved, close to WSU Campus. It is a very pet-friendly place, accepting cats and dogs with grassy areas to walk them. The grounds keeper does a fantastic job maintaining lush green lawns. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and can be submitted through a convenient tenant portal. It is a warm, welcoming place to call home where every need gets met, making residents thoroughly jubilant and leading to high recommendations.

Office Staff was great to work with. Prices were great for what I was offered. Jazmine and Nicole made the leasing process easy. I was able to pick my starting date. Apartment was close to WSU Campus and a perfect fit for me.

This is a great place If you have pets, there is a grassy area, and dirt road next some fields to walk dogs. They’re prompt with maintenance issues.the staff are reasonable. They accept cats.
