7-Eleven is a convenience store with a mixed reputation. While the store is generally clean and the employees are described as friendly and helpful, there have been some concerning incidents reported. The location has experienced robberies, leading to increased security measures like locking the doors at night and only allowing one person in at a time. Additionally, some customers have reported experiencing bias and rude treatment from certain employees, particularly a short, older Middle Eastern woman who has allegedly overcharged customers and refused to assist them. However, the majority of the reviews highlight the positive aspects, such as the great selection of products and the ability to use the 7-Eleven app for the best deals. Overall, the 7-Eleven location seems to provide a generally satisfactory experience, but with some room for improvement in terms of customer service and security.
Kind of a weird crowd hanging out at the car wash right next to the 7-11. But other than the one window that now has a big piece of plywood over it and the fact that after dark they lock the doors and let one person in at a time because they've been robbed a few times. The employee's are very nice and it's a clean store.

Seriously. 1 person at a time with door locked in between and then they make you wait while they get a door dash order. Waited 10 min to get in and in this time multiple customers left. I wonder if 7 eleven knows how much money they are loosing over this guy doing this

This store is poorly managed especially in the late evening. Customer service doesn’t exist at the location. The old man will just stare at you with no acknowledgment and will not let you in.
