Best Buy is a tech store with helpful and well-trained staff. The employees are often young and knowledgeable. The building is clean and well-kept. They have a lot of products, including tech, appliances like refrigerators, and TVs, and their prices are not too bad during sales. The staff is quick to provide service and will help order items not available in store. However, the store has a lot of wide open empty space and seems to be reducing product offerings, relying more on being an online pickup location. While the overall experience is positive, the curbside pickup service can be inconsistent, with sometimes long waits and poor coordination between staff, leading to frustrating experiences. The in-store guest service is otherwise noted as amazing.
Everything went really smooth for picking up my new TV. I thought it was a little strange in my opinion that it seemed like all the employees took their break right outside the entrance to the store to vape and chit chat. Just a little weird
