“staff is always extremely efficient, helpful, and kind! service is streamlined so you can be in and out quickly without feeling rushed. never had a bad experience in the years ive been using ups and this store specifically, thank you to everyone who works here!”
“Really clean location. I usually only visit to do my Amazon returns.
But this is my favorite location for that!
Even though I don't particularly love driving down Meridian on ANY day because of traffic, it's worth it to make a trip here for your needs.
The staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. I definitely recommend you check them out!”
“I had such a great experience with this UPS Store! I called at exactly 4:30 PM to see if the last pickup had already happened, and Wyatt, the owner, let me know they were picking up right then. The pickup driver (unfortunately, I didn’t get his name) was incredibly kind and willing to wait a few extra minutes for me so I could make the cutoff.
That kind of customer service really stands out! Wyatt and his team consistently go above and beyond and truly put their customers first. It’s clear they care about providing great service, and it absolutely shows. Highly recommend this UPS Store and the amazing team there!”
