“Bought a neon sign for my shop and before I could get it hung up I dropped something on it and broke the neon tubing. I called around to a few sign companies figuring it was a lost cause, but after talking to Signarama they told me they were pretty sure they could fix it. The price was right so I had them do it and now my sign is hanging up in my shop and it works Great!! Very happy with the whole process!!”
“We used this location to print out the ms paint user interface to make this viral mirror! The first one we printed we accidentally ended up ripping while trying to cut out the area for the mirror, and even though it was no fault of the business, the manager offered us a discount when we came back to print it out again. The employees were super friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Jakobi who worked with us the most! He went above and beyond with his customer service.”

“I was just in there, but six or seven minutes taping up a box I was trying to get delivered and listened to this lady Diane behind the counter. She was just be the friendliest person with everyone walking thru that door from the regulars and cracking jokes to the fedex guy dropping off boxes. Diane had the attitude like it was a great day to be alive and it made my day a little bit brighter! Especially after telling me of the holiday price increase! ?. LolLet me add another name…Emily! Just left there again and now it was the two of them working, what a great team! Emily gave me all sorts of advice on buying/selling apps too, very helpful!”
“Having spent 14 years in the printing industry myself, it was quite nice to work with people that know what they are talking about and use the correct terminology. The place looks like something out of a Dickens story but don't let that decieve you...this is the place to go. Reasonably priced, well stocked and great service. They have way more services and way more selection of paper than the big chain stores...And very friendly too!”

Even though I don't particularly love driving down Meridian on ANY day because of traffic, it's worth it to make a trip here for your needs.

“Stopped in to have a poster sized map reduced in size and laminated for a trip. For the most part the service was really good and they handled my original poster with care. As far as I'm concerned this was quality work for a fair price and now I know where to go in the future when I need larger sized print jobs done. While they were working on my project I saw a few other really cool posters come out of the printer and the quality is darn good.”
“Was pleasantly surprised with the customer service at this location. Was unable to login properly to print a shipping label, so the associates let me send a label to the store email and print for free. The location seemed a tiny bit slow, but it being due to reps taking the time to help out people who have no idea what they’re doing (which I never mind). It is a nice change of pace having employees do an excellent job and willing to help the general public.”
“I had such a great experience with this UPS Store! I called at exactly 4:30 PM to see if the last pickup had already happened, and Wyatt, the owner, let me know they were picking up right then. The pickup driver (unfortunately, I didn’t get his name) was incredibly kind and willing to wait a few extra minutes for me so I could make the cutoff.
That kind of customer service really stands out! Wyatt and his team consistently go above and beyond and truly put their customers first. It’s clear they care about providing great service, and it absolutely shows. Highly recommend this UPS Store and the amazing team there!”
“Self service is the most time-saving service I appreciate from this location! Easy and fast! Of course if packages are too large , you will need to stand in line for assistance but other than that for small to medium packages use the self service option available!”
