“I was a tenant here for over a year and am writing this as I leave. I often rent mini storage facilities to support my real estate work. First choice in yelm (managed by Jessica and her team) have an outstanding facility. They were friendly professional and have a secure facility that they managed carefully. It was easy to establish and terminate tenancy, easy to navigate even with very large construction vehicles and trailers. The hours are good and in my entire time here I never had a single issue of any kind.
Genuinely five stars, with my thanks. If I do another project in the area they will be my first choice.”

“Can you give 6 stars? If possible give them the 6.! Recently rented a 6x12 tandem axle open trailer for a day. Let's just say the day didn't go well. it began by hitting a deer on the way to the project and ended with my father having heat exhaustion the 4th of July weekend. Our moving project supposedly going to take a long day winded up taking the better part of 10. When you're moving yourself you got to figure cash is probably tight right. When we finally limped back to Yelm Larry worked with us to make sure he didn't break our bank and our backs even further. Can't say the same thing for South Sound Towed who impounded our Volvo v70 support car from a legal parking spot were the fuel pump died and we had to leave it on the side of the road overnight in Lacey. With fees of almost $500 to get it out after Impoundment I think their business philosophy may be a little bit different than someone like Larry at Yelm U-Haul and storage. I guess I've gotten so used to seeing the latter philosophy that finding someone who is reasonable and goes the extra mile to work with you surprises me these days. THANKS Larry, that sums it up, you're one of the good ones !”

Other then a occasional mouse which they have delt with on my request promptly and a reduction in the times are units can be accessed everything has been great.”

“Very friendly and help you get organized without hasseling you for your payment and the prices are supper coolz affordable and access to your stuff 24 hours a day without all the extra fees. My unit it almost 2x'd the sizes and a third cheeper.
This is the place to be. And they give you access to a light. No more guessing at what things are.”
