“Have been going to this store for 23 years now. Have met many good tellers and the experience has been great. It is unfortunate they had to remove the public restroom. I believe this was not there fault but don't have the capacity for it. Either way the newer gentleman working there now named Mohammad is the nicest guy ever to work there, always has a smile and treats me likeI'm someone important. Wish every store had people like this. Can't forget the two lady's working there now are also very great as well. And Janet, miss her, she was a blast of fun.”

“This place is not just a great Chevron but it's now my favorite Corner Mart to go to. It's actually pretty big inside and has a huge selection of items, basically everything you would want without having to go to the big grocery store. There seems to always be specials on energy drinks and alcoholic beverages, a huge soda and ice cream selection, ATM, and there's even a glass counter with smoke shop specialty items like butane torches and vape and mod equipment. I meant the owner this morning while I was there, who is always professional, courteous, and sincerely seems to enjoy running his business. All the other employees that I've met don't seem to mind being at work and are always helpful and prompt.😀👔
“Windshield cleaner tubs are usually empty/dry when I go. Attendant I encountered would not refill or call someone to help refill. (If you can not leave the little building for security issues, 100% okay. But call the main building to have someone take care of it.)”

I called in telling them how another pharmacy had screwed me over with over promising and misinformation leading to me not having an ssri prescription. To those who don't know, withdrawal from this medication can be lethal. Morgan responded with empathy, understanding, and an amazing ability to set my info aside and get me my meds before I could even reach the pharmacy to collect them. “Initially I had a pretty poor experience with one of the staff here back at the pharmacy desk. I had a reservation for a COVID-19 test in order to travel to Hawaii. While I did receive the initial email from Walgreen's showing the reservation, I never received the follow-up email with the code that permits you to actually get the test. I explained this to the young lady at the desk, and she scolded me for being in the store if coming in for a COVID test. I explained I was symptom free and had to take this test only for travel reasons. She was not helpful at all and simply said, "no code, no test". She stuck by this even after I showed her my reservation email from Walgreens. Being that we live over two hours away I was not pleased, to say the least.I asked to speak with the manager and James came out to discuss this with me. He was super helpful in resolving this and after checking in the computer, was able to verify I was indeed scheduled for the test, and personally ensured the test went smoothly. He also ensured my wife (also scheduled to test) did not have any issues. So poor start, but good conclusion.”

I’m not very tech-savvy, and I was feeling a bit overwhelmed trying to navigate the process. That’s when Alex stepped in. He was incredibly patient, kind, and professional. He took the time to walk me through everything without the slightest hint of frustration, making sure I felt comfortable and supported the entire time. His willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out.
While Alex was assisting other customers, Andrew also came over to help me, and he was just as courteous and attentive. Both of them demonstrated a level of professionalism and care that is honestly rare to find.
Thanks to their teamwork and dedication, I was able to get over 60 photos printed and be on my way in about half an hour. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and genuinely pleasant.
On top of that, the store itself was incredibly clean and well-organized. From the moment you walk in, everything is neat, easy to find, and welcoming—it’s the kind of place you could comfortably spend time browsing.
I am so grateful for the outstanding service Alex and Andrew provided. It’s experiences like this that remind you how much great customer service matters—and how rare it can be. I only wish more places offered this level of care and professionalism.”

“My wife found a black lab puppy on the way home he was about to get hit by a car, of course my wife brought the dog home. She took the dog to the Pinetree vet to check for an electronic chip no such luck. We were headed to go to the animal rescue when we decided to stop by the Ravensdale store because that’s where she found the dog. The people were unbelievably nice Kristie the owner said the dog probably belong to someone close by and agreed to take the dog and post it on the Ravensdale Store Facebook page and other sites. It takes very special person to be willing to take that on God love them, Debbie and Theo.”
