“The Maple Valley Farmers Market was the perfect venue for our car club to have a great weekend out and display our vehicles! I reached out to Mark, the director of the market, about our car club attending one weekend. He suggested we display our cars during, and this worked out great for everyone!
We attended the market on the 2nd week of May, and it definitely exceeded expectations! People were so friendly to us, and we had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was so laid back, yet fun and festive! There were over 100 booths, as well as live music and countless dining options. People were so friendly, and there was plenty for our members to do for the several hours we attended. Several of our members also commented about how they loved supporting the local businesses!
The wonderful staff also helped up re-arrange the parking barriers to suit our needs, and we had plenty of space. The parking worked great, and the food was absolutely delicious. Additionally, we had one or two members who arrived late, and they had no trouble finding parking as well.
Overall, the officers commented about how accommodating the market was and how the staff went out of their way to make our day out work well. And it did - we one of the highest turnouts of any non-holiday meeting. Thanks so much for the great experience. We will be back next year!”
“As a frequent customer to this store. I’ve always appreciated the ladies customer service. They always greet you with a smile (Shyane especially). As someone who lives in Cumberland it’s greet having a small country corner store in the area. With the new owners they have included sandwiches which is great. Keep up the good work ladies!”
“My favorite neighborhood stop, everyone is so nice and there's always something there that the big name stores don't have. And I'll take their coffee over Starbucks any day.”
“The workers here are very kind and they offer a very wide variety of snacks, drinks, and candy. If you ever need something, Lake Sawyer Grocery is the place to go”
“Clean and well stocked. Its usually quiet and not very busy perfect for when I got my kids with me. Everyones always nice and helpful. My kids love being able to pick out there own snack. I give my 2 girls each 20 dollars and tell them they get to pick out there snacks for the week. I remind them that mommy buys them the family ice cream, otter pops and all they need to do is find what they like and they need to find 1 new thing snack to try and 2 need to be fruits etc they known what to get and not get. Then when we get home they divide up there snack that go inside the pantry, what goes inside the fridge/freezer, and then every day when they get home from school or when its summer time they take an empty basket from the counter and go to the pantry, fridge, freezer and put everything they want to in there own little basket. Its taught my kids how to budget there money, it gives them the opportunity to share snacks, and they know that what's in there basket is it for the day. Because grocery outlet is less expensive then other stores its allowed me to stretch my food budget more and its help me teach my girls more about money.”
“This year there garden section is completely stunning. They really stepped it up or hired a new person to work the section because it has drastically made a huge upgrade!”
“Had an issue with our rewards and Daniel went above and beyond to make it right, refunded and re ran the whole order and never rushed us or made us feel bad for wanting to get it right.”
“Great food! Price comparison: 5/10 on prices. Dollar store being 1½/10, Safeway 3/10, Farmers organic 7/10, Whole Foods 9½/10. Always pleasant, I just prefer Safeway for the 35%+ savings.”
“Solid brewpub. Good beer selection and a fun appetizer menu. The atmosphere is relaxed and the servers were friendly. Recommend this place for a glass or flight of beer.”
“Whatever happened i to doing what you say? Hours posted say open till 1:00 am. Rushed over for an emergency cat food run. Got to the front door at 12:56 am. Doors are locked! The worker on the other side of the door is on his phone avoiding eye contact. When I knock on the door he gives me the hand acrcoss the neck sign . Seriously, that's all. I told him I just needed one thing. Zero you know what's given. I get that I showed up a few minutes before closing. But I know exactly where the cat food is and which brand I'm going to get I literally would have been in and out of the store in about two, maybe three, minutes. I absolutely would've been out of there before the 1 AM closing time. If you wanna close at 12:55 AM, that's your prerogative but if you say you're open till 1 AM then be open till 1 AM.”

“Had a great experience at this pharmacy! The pharmacist Mark was outstanding. I had to get a tetanus shot and I didn’t even feel it. He’s a pro. Informed me on the next steps and what to expect. Very nice and professional.”
“I have been coming to this jewelry store for several years and have always been treated wonderfully and welcomed. The choices of all types of jewelry are excellent. It is easy to come back in and have things checked and cleaned. whether it is jewelry for your first love, remembrance of a pet or for the pet lover in you or to upgrade maybe something you already have and just want a change. Definitely recommend this jewelry store.”

“The produce and meats are high quality and fresh. The store is very clean and the parking lot is convenient. Staff are always very friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have.”
“These have got to be some of the friendliest people I've ever dealt with at a local convenience store. It's an old building and pretty tight quarters but the selection is great....the pricing is fair....and the owner and his employees are all just wonderful people. Stop by and say hello!”
“It's back! Great selection so far, but they are still filling out all of their inventory. Glad to have this option open again. They mentioned they'll have hot food options in the coming month or so.”
“Love this store. I grew up around the corner and would walk here when all the time. Don’t talk smack about this store. Been going here since they rented out VHS and Super Nintendo games and sold Zina. This store is iconic.”
“This is definitely one of the cleaner Wal-Marts I've been to and has the basics, but wish it was a Super-Center. They have all the essentials and even a Sub-Way, but not being able to get produce, Deli food, etc makes it a less likely stop for me.”
“Went to get milk and butter and bread well they seamed to have a refrigerator problem so there was no butter. Saved some dollars on specials 3 lbs bacon normally 16.99 payed 3.99 no bad ?”
“Windshield cleaner tubs are usually empty/dry when I go. Attendant I encountered would not refill or call someone to help refill. (If you can not leave the little building for security issues, 100% okay. But call the main building to have someone take care of it.)”
“We are visiting from Colorado. I want to shout out to our clerk, Eleanor. She was friendly and helpful. She is an asset to Fred Meyer and she was delightful to us. We really appreciate being treated kindly. Thank you, Eleanor.”
“My wife found a black lab puppy on the way home he was about to get hit by a car, of course my wife brought the dog home. She took the dog to the Pinetree vet to check for an electronic chip no such luck. We were headed to go to the animal rescue when we decided to stop by the Ravensdale store because that’s where she found the dog. The people were unbelievably nice Kristie the owner said the dog probably belong to someone close by and agreed to take the dog and post it on the Ravensdale Store Facebook page and other sites. It takes very special person to be willing to take that on God love them, Debbie and Theo.”
