Michael Factora at Fredrick's walked me through the differences between the models I had researched. No pressure to buy.
The delivery guys, Chris and Brian, were personable, friendly, and skilled with the installation.
They were very careful with the copper water valve so as not to cause any damage. The setup was perfect, and I am enjoying my new refrigerator.
Oh, and they had the same prices as Costco for the President's sale for the model I wanted.
