Based on her advice, I opted to have my Kenmore machine repaired and purchased a maintenance plan for it. Rather than repair the 2nd machine, I was able to buy a pre-owned Bernina instead and I am very happy with this great little sewing machine. Lisa sat down with me and showed me how to use the Bernina before I took it home. She even repaired my broken eyeglasses which was really above and beyond for customer service! I highly recommend Quality Sewing & Vacuum and can't say enough good things about Lisa's expertise and care for the customer!”

“I called the Bellevue location and talked to Shelly, I described to her my weaving projects and that I needed a sewing machine to help me with serging ends as well as hem thicker rolled fabric. I was stuck at work and couldn't go in person to look at machines right away, and she was so patient and knowledgeable..we discussed several options that could work for me. Ultimately I was able to make it in before they closed and she helped me again, spent time with me doing demonstrations with machines there. She was so helpful, I'm so thankful there is a shop with so many wonderful people working! I love my new machines, I'm 110% happy with my purchases and would highly recommend this store!”

I had a pull cord snap on me, I went to Ben's, and I was in and out in 30 minutes and charged a ridiculously low amount of money. Solid good people at the front desk and in the service bay. “Absolutely incredible customer service. They answered my calls, patiently heard me out, and carefully walked me through a series of steps until I figured out what was wrong with my heater. And when I realized I needed a few parts - for a marine heater that's 14 years old - they looked them up, had them in stock, and shipped them across the country in a matter of days. All this for someone who wasn't their original install. I won't go anywhere else for heating needs!”
“I replaced all our appliances but i wanted to have someone inspect the locations to ensure a fit and any other surprises. Arnolds did not provide this service unfortunately and i did have to spend an additional $2000 to make adjustments once tge appliances were delivered and before they could be installed. Not good and what i wanted to avoid”

What impressed me the most was their same-day delivery and haul-away service for my old machine – super convenient! The washer runs perfectly, and it comes with a 1-year warranty for peace of mind. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience and will definitely check them out again the next time I need an appliance.”
“Power tool rentals are in the back left of the gardening section of Home Depot. I rented power tools to mount my TV & sound bar. The tools were in ok condition & good quality. They don’t rent drill bits, but I was able to buy some in the main store.”

“Love this place. Always has what I'm looking for 100% of the time. I think my house was 100% made of home depot stuff, because everything I replace is exactly what I find at depot. Lumber isn't great but not worst... tools like Ryobi are awesome here.”

“Best supply house in the area. All the counter guys are friendly and knowledgeable. Even if they don’t necessarily carry a specific brand/part they will go out of their way to help find who does and/or point in the right direction. Although, they carry a lot, or at the very least can access pretty much anything in the HVAC world. All the counter guys go the extra mile every single time.”
“We were helping my daughter put together her new bedframe. One of the screws would not go in. It turns out they forgot to tap that particular hole to receive a screw. I took the part and the screw to this Home Depot. The person in tools determined the size of the screw and pointed me to the appropriate tap and tap handle. I successfully used these and we were able to finish assembling the bed frame. Excellent customer service!”

I bought a place recently in Redmond and I was lucky to have Home Depot within a mile of my new place. I had to replace all the bathroom toilets and other kitchen appliances . Matt, a Home Depot outdoor loading associate, loaded my heavy home improvement toilet in an ex Uber that I ordered, and he did this with a smile and was very cordial and very enthusiastic about helping us.
Matt, was very professional, courteous and eager to help.
