Meg was absolutely outstanding. I had two appointments with her and I looked forward to the second one because she was so fun to chat with! She was very personable and made me feel equal, making the process I was going through a lot more positive. 5 stars across the board!

Yesterday, I contacted the customer service at the loan department. Allison provided excellent assistance, guiding me through the loan process and scheduling an appointment with Sam in Redmond Beach, who also did a great job. I highly appreciate BECU's service and will continue recommending it to others.
