“Preapproved for a loan they said they could do, but turns out they couldn’t do - they told me to take it with the out of state lender and then go with them, promising I would get the same rate I was approved for. I did that and then when it came time to transfer the loan they told me the rate is now 2% higher because my credit dropped from using the other lender - they wouldn’t honor the original rate despite telling me they would. To make matters worse they won’t remove the credit pull after messing all of this up. Extremely disappointed to say the least.
Edit: someone from management reached out to me and made the situation right, I appreciate them doing that.”
