“After shopping around a few other furniture stores, we decided to try Macy's. I wasn't sure I would like any of their options, but boy I was wrong. We found a great couch for a great price!We walked in on a Sunday afternoon and received helped right away from a very friendly gentleman named Jerry. He was able to answer our questions and help us locate a sofa with the right dimensions, material, and feel. What I like most is how customizable the options are. We were able to customize our sofa to a lighter cream corduroy, which fits perfectly with our home decor. We were quoted about 8-10 weeks for delivery, but we received it in about 4-5! I'm really sorry to see so many negative experiences with the delivery service. For us, it was a seamless experience. We scheduled the date and they sent us the time window the day before. On the morning of, we got a call about 30 mins ahead of our expected window asking if it was okay for them to arrive early. They were courteous, professional, and quick. They were also able to get it up from the parking lot to our apartment in 1 trip. They made sure it was exactly how I wanted it. No complaints! We'll see how it wears over time, but we are over the moon so far. We purchased the insurance package for peace of mind as well.”
