“Went to Mattress Firm store at Crossroads Mall to check out the various mattresses. Jared, the store manager, listened to what we were interested in and showed us multiple options. Jared was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything about the different mattresses. Chose a Stearn & Foster mattress along with a new bed frame that will elevate the bed.The whole process of selecting and purchasing the mattress was very low pressure and enjoyable. “Delivery didn’t go as smoothly as I hoped. The sofa set arrived with a small tear on the back corner, likely from transport. I was quite disappointed at first because I had waited several days for it. However, after I sent photos, the store responded quickly and replaced the damaged section within 48 hours. The replacement piece matched perfectly. Even though the issue happened, their fast response made the situation less stressful. The furniture itself is comfortable and looks modern in my living space.”
