I was quite disappointed at first because I had waited several days for it. However, after I sent photos, the store responded quickly and replaced the damaged section within 48 hours. The replacement piece matched perfectly. Even though the issue happened, their fast response made the situation less stressful. The furniture itself is comfortable and looks modern in my living space.”
