“We went on Christmas vacation and came back to a 500 gallon tank that was nearly empty (7% remaining, if you trust the gauge.) We're off grid, and propane is our lifeline. In a bit of a panic, we called Pacer on Monday to beg for a refill. They took care of us the next day, which we very much appreciated. They have always been very dependable. But I think I'll sign up for the automatic tank refills and save everyone some stress. :-)”

“They are great. I exchange 10lb CO2 for our home carbonated water system here about every six months. Unlike a lot of other supply houses like this, they don't care if you're just a regular Joe or a contractor. The pricing is reasonable (currently $29.26 with all taxes and fees). I've also always been served very quickly and staff has been friendly.

The tanks have also always been clean looking, although it just sits under our sink so I don't care so much about that. I'd highly recommend them.”

“John was terrific for my hitch installation. He provided expert advice and explained the various options to me. He did a superb installation of an Ecohitch on my 2013 Toyota Highlander. Since I mentioned my failed DIY attempt with the 'recommended' Curt, he took the additional time to triple verify the fit of the Ecohitch through his sources. I even had a couple scews from my failed DIY that he found the correct homes for. I will eventually be getting a new car and will definitely be back for another hitch with John.”

“The office/store always smells like cigarette smoke which makes the experience a bit worse. The equipment was phenomenal though! It's very rare that I rent a truck that's this clean and modern and such. Truck drove and handled like a dream! The stairs built into the backside of the bed were very helpful for getting in and out of the bed. The self return site was NOT very user friendly. The picture taking and odometer entry verification sections were the least user friendly parts. At first the odometer kept including the placeholder zeros which initially charged me for driving 3,760 miles instead of the 78 I actually drove... Tip: if this happens to you, ignore the zeros and enter your odometer reading then move the cursor to just behind the last zeros and then you can finally delete them and be billed correctly! Pricing varies WILDLY within a hyper-local area! Kirkland Way Storage was $57.95 for 24 hts where as Kirkland U-Haul a mile up the road was nearly 50% cheaper!!! at $31.95! That's absurd! I only accidentally discovered this when I clicked the wrong location to restart my reservation online.”
