Great customer service, great service, etc. I recently went to drop off a package the other day to return it and the service was the best I have ever had. I have seen countless cycles of employees throughout the years, but UPS, this one is a star employee. Kushagra was his name, I think, but he provided stellar service in returning a package, and you should congratulate him on whatever platform UPS workers use to connect.”

“Went in today to ship a package with a label already printed by their system. I asked about the address on my label, because it was, curiously, missing some of the address that I inputted. Robert helped me - he was very patient when I was asking lots of questions because it was concerning that part of the address isn't there. He did a great job at empathizing with my concern.
He explained that it's likely that all the info is in the system, but just didn't print out on the label (I found out that the printed address is actually secondary info - the bar code is what holds all the information). He looked it up, but their system in the store was unable to see the bar code info. He told me that I had to call fedex customer service and get that info from them.
Robert astutely observed that I was not jumping for joy at this news, and he did the best thing ever - he volunteered to call them and represent me. I can't tell you how much I appreciated his offer!! He talked to customer service with me there, and resolved the issue quickly - and yes, the barcode had the correct information. Robert is THE BEST, he totally made my day so much better!!”
