“Pak Mail in Bellevue is fantastic. I recently went in for a fingerprinting appointment, which is usually a tedious chore, but Inderjit made the entire process seamless. He was incredibly efficient, timely, and his great conversation and humor completely broke up the awkwardness of the finger-scanning process.
The shop itself is in a great location, runs a tight ship, and offers a massive variety of services at very reasonable prices. Love supporting small business owners who run things this well. Highly recommend.”
“I don’t often take the time to write google reviews, but I had such a great experience at this location I felt compelled to share. Michelle was kind enough to help me minutes before closing to overnight an exceptionally important document that needed to be sent across the country. She and did everything in her power to make sure it arrived on time, was incredibly safe and protected while shipping, and still insured that we got the most affordable option available. Not only did that package arrive on time to a very thankful recipient, but the extra care she took in packaging kept it waterproofed when it was apparently delivered during a rainstorm. Michelle was an absolute lifesaver, and it’s so incredibly rare these days to experience customer service that is not only professional and helpful, but genuinely caring as well.
Aside from that experience, I ship from this location frequently and all the employees I’ve dealt with are equally friendly and go above and beyond to help their customers.”
“I used to do my returns for Amazon items at the Amazon fresh location in factoria which closed down recently I'm very thankful that this Amazon is available for returns and they were helpful today. Parking lot is small and 🏞 ng is challenging sometimes but worth going to this location for the service”
“Very easy to return Amazon stuff here. The workers are always friendly and they have 2 self return check out kiosks inside. Parking can get a little dicey because the spaces are narrow but other than that it’s great.”

Was told I had to go to another site, which is fine, but the employee there (didn’t catch his name unfortunately) came out to direct me how to get there by bus, and was very friendly overall. He complimented my socks too which did in fact make my day. Lydia and Paula could easily have rushed us out the door, but instead they stayed calm and patient, helping us pack everything and get our packages ready to ship without ever making us feel like an inconvenience. “Exceptional experience at this location! We came in early morning for a walk-in passport appointment for our newborn, expecting a long wait, but the entire process took less than 15 minutes. Steve assisted us and he was fantastic—highly efficient, incredibly helpful, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Getting a newborn passport can be stressful, but Steve made it seamless. “Great experience here. I was very disappointed today with the behavior and snobbish attitude of a staff at the Crossroads location of USPS. I decided to come here seeing the good rating, and I was not disappointed at all. The staff here was very amicable, helpful, and caring. Although, Crossroads branch is nearer to my place, I will always come back here in the future.”
