“My husband and I were randomly talking about what an absolute perfect model of customer service this UPS store is. There has been some turnover in staff in the decade I’ve been visiting, but much less than one might expect with younger staff. But the manager of this location consistently hires the same service minded standard and it really is deeply impressive. The employees all seem happy and to enjoy their work and each other. They seem relaxed and at ease, but hold such an amazing standard of relaxed customer service. This is a shining example of retail customer service done right and the management should seriously consider writing a book on their approach.”
“We came here to ship my wife's wedding bouquet for preservation. We had to ship the flowers delicately enough that they wouldn't get crushed in transit, and they had to be in a bag of water. My wife was very worried but the guy behind the counter was a superstar. He carefully packed up the flowers, allowing us to help, and used more packing material than what we had brought to make sure the flowers were cushioned. We really appreciated the extra help!”

“The USPS location at Carillon Point is compact but offers all the essential mailing services you’d expect. It’s convenient for quick drop-offs or domestic shipments, though note that they don’t handle international packages. The staff is efficient and keeps the line moving (mostly no lines), especially during less busy hours. Parking is available nearby, with both paid and free options depending on where you grab a spot. It’s a solid neighborhood post office, especially if you’re not dealing with anything too complex.

“I'm very surprised by the amount of negative reviews! Joshua and Destiny have always been such kind and patient individuals, especially when I or others are not organized or fully ready with Amazon returns or shipment details! I've also noticed that on top of helping customers, they are training new people who get hired at the same time! I will give the new people some grace, as people need time to learn the basics. This store always provides such great service thanks to their hardworking employees. Long lines don't last very long if those two are on shift together! I go out of my way to visit this store and I plan to continue to do so! Thank you team!”
“I had an excellent customer service experience with Ms. Ronda here. I had to ship a work laptop and my colleague was facilitating over the phone. It was rather chaotic but Ronda was very efficient, and helped with a calm and positive attitude. Clearly an experienced representative and great at her work!”
