“I haven’t done anything out of the ordinary here, and each time I’ve come prepared and didn’t need much “help” per se, so I can’t speak to some of the negative reviews. Personally, I’ve witnessed the owners being incredibly helpful to people, even going so far as to cut down a bigger box to a smaller size to save the customer in front of me some cost on shipping. I have used the notary service for witnessing legal signatures, used the UPS dropoff, and shipped via FedEx. Each time has been a great experience. If I had to complain I would say that there can be occasionally long wait times but that’s because (in my experience) each customer is getting really great, comprehensive service which takes longer than the “meh” service you experience elsewhere. Support local businesses, give this place a try.”
“Best USPS if you don’t need a receipt and your packages/envelopes are ready to go.Remarkably quick and easy compared to a normal USPS site.This location is for simple and quick sending only.Like past users who gave this location 1 star, drive 2 more miles and you’re at the typical USPS where you’re waiting in line forever for your complicated packages and they’ll take care of you!I hardly need a receipt and usually print off my label/package myself, so this location has been a lifesaver.”

“First time coming to this location, since I usually go to the one at Crossroads, but I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the amount of customer service I was provided at this location. I didn’t catch their names, but two gentlemen helped me swiftly return my 5 Amazon packages. I was in and out within 5 minutes! Super helpful. Will definitely be coming back.”
