The guy who checks people in seems to be the manager of the store, this guy does not make you feel welcome and he definitely suffer from some anger issue problems. This would definitely be a one star review if it’s not for Ben, Ben on the other hand is super nice and will help you with whatever you need.

The staff members were cool but 1) the wait time is ridiculous even for people who made appointments beforehand 2) who in 2025 cannot mail a modem to a contracted apartment? Done it twice with AT&T by phone, but for Xfinity you have to book an appointment at a store, wait for over 40 minutes, and then pick it up. Which... read full comment
