“Excellent service. Gerber smoothly coordinated my repair with both my insurance company, The Hartford, and with the rental car company. The repair was done sooner than estimated. When the repair was finished, Gerber delivered my car to me and picked up the rental car. All through the process, Gerber kept me well apprised of status and estimated completion dates.”

Looks like this is becoming a thread. That in itself says it all. I'm on my 3rd vehicle a Dodge Durango. Jordan came in on his day off to help me out. Even picked me up in Kent as I was without a car. Easy transaction and he really went Above and beyond. If your looking to buy a new ride ask for Jordan he's gonna take good care of you. “Just did A3 Mercedes service on my GLE53, soon as I heard they were talking in German I knew they would do such a fantastic job. There is slight coolant leaking, though it’s not major problem, Dave still printed out few pictures so I can easily understand what is wrong, I was surprised because I never seen any other car shop would be so detailed and honest. People that work there are professional and knowledgeable. Definitely would come back with any further service. By the way they have the lowest quote after I called 5 different car shop that work on german cars.”
“I have visited this store a couple times and the service is always great but today they went above and beyond and I wasn’t even buying anything. My car died in the intersection across the street from Oriellys. They noticed and sent 2 guys over with a portable jumper. My car started and immediately died again. One guy stayed and directed traffic in the rain because my hazards wouldn’t even flash. The other guy went and grabbed 2 guys from Grease Monkey and they came back and pushed me to safety in pouring down rain. I couldn’t be more thankful! It If I ever need anything for my car I will always go to Oriellys!”

“I hate writing reviews. Usually only if things are really bad, but Anthony the manager at the sunset in Renton location and Robert from the Northeast 4th Street in Renton location gave me a hand up today. I got stranded due to a bad alternator and walked to the sunset location. Unfortunately they didn't have the alternator, but ne 4th st did. I explained the situation and Anthony said hold on! Called Robert and Robert said on my way. That saved me an hour of walking when I had to be at work already. I really appreciate what they did today. It's not offen when people go out of their way for you. So thanks to the both of those young men who are ahead of the game in my book!”

“I've gone to this oreillys for years. It's my favorite auto parts store. Today Zach was a prime example of the awesomeness of this place (it's the people that make it awesome). I'm not a car person but I maintain my car with youtube so I don't really know the parts I need. Zach does!!! He was my saving grace today. If you have car problems I'd highly recommend going to oreillys. They have excellent selection and knowledgeable team members. 5 stars for sure ?”
“Huge shout-out to the Crash Champions crew. I dropped by because one of my parking cameras had been left off after a prior repair — they got me in and out in under 30 minutes, no questions asked, and even covered the part.
I’ve brought a few cars to different Crash Champions locations over the years, and they’ve always been solid — friendly, professional, communicative, and they actually take pride in their work. You can tell they care about getting it right, not just getting it done.

“I live three hours north of the Wesco shop in Renton across the street from Pacific Auto Machine Shop. This is where I was going to paint my first car, I'm retired & 70ish and was ready.
When I asked too many questions about paint, the Machine shop owner said...."call Shelly at Wesco...for paint and advice." He is not a car painter so it was great advice.
Shelly, I don't think suffers fools but is right on and direct with advice,... don't bring attitude Shelly knows her products and if you're on the same wavelength she will help.
