Went here to talk about my credit card and used their phone to call the credit card line. Why even have this open? There are barely any employees and they’re clearly running a skeleton crew. Do not go to Bank of America for any banking needs.

Literally three people with tablets and one teller :( The employees with tablets are helping nobody and there is a line of five people.

Stay away from this bank unorganize, smeels wired, and completely longer wait time for simple business. There is only 2 banker helping the whole customers.
