“We started banking with Qualstar in 2020 with our first mortgage. The staff has always very friendly and accommodating. Also, done a HELOC, some auto loans, and a recent refi with QCU as well. The rates are pretty competitive. It’s nice to be able to call and have a human that you can ask questions to on the other end. The whole experience feels more personal and genuine as opposed to the big banks.”

“I'm very happy with this branch of John Pierpont Morgan. Their staff is extremely nice and helpful. Taran is excellent. He didn't judge my lack of financial responsibility at all.
The experience made me forget their octagon logo (hypercube) and it's blue frequency, the meeting on Jekyll Island in 1910, and the sinking of the Titanic. That ship had people who opposed the Federal Reserve, and they died--cause it sank. I'm sure it was an accident...right?
Anyways, I'm glad I made an account there.”
“First Financial Northwest Bank is your local bank with a personal touch. The branch manager in Marysville WA Felica Crider has demonstrated her personal touch when it comes to banking. She is available by phone to answer questions if you dont bank with them and even more diligent when you do to ensure your account is safe and sound. Felica promotes their business is a positive way and the atmosphere at the bank is a unique experience. Most banks you walk into with a security guard, plexi-glass, and a dividing line between you and everyone else. First Financial is an open and welcoming atmosphere and you will be treated like family.”

This branch is a little out of the way of where I usually do business, but I would come back just for them.”
“We had an appointment and were assigned to Mr. Li. He was beyond helpful and was very patient with all of our requests, which took about 40 minutes to complete!! My parents wanted to make a few changes, and let's just say it was a bit complicated! It was helpful that he spoke fluent Cantonese as well! That is hard to find! Everyone in the branch was friendly and there was never a line either at the teller.”

“This location was Burien, cashier was going to start me on credit card, but explain hadn't time until my ride showing. I let him know I don't think I qualify for credit card, forgotten what he said but my score was good? Since had no time he explain simple steps I can use on my computer to apply. So for thought will wait since just got a new credit card. It was nice he took the time beside my cash deposit and asking for $20. In roll of quarters.”
