The assistant manager almost got you a 1 star, she wasn't trying to help me access my money. I demanded her to ask the manager for help. He was very helpful and had her make a call that fixed my situation

Top notch bank. I have been banking here since 2014 for work. I come daily 5days a week and have never ever had a bad experience. Best customer service ever.
