Also, it'd be great if the staff were more knowledgeable about the historical significance of Eddie Bauer and the origination of puffer jackets. I'm pretty sure, based on what I learned at the Museum of History and Industry, that Eddie Bauer invented one of the original puffer jackets, and I think the store should celebrate that success more prominently. Eddie Bauer should tell its Seattle-based origination story more. There was a timeline display on the wall, but I think most people interpret it only as decorative art, and even the employees seem to read it for the first time when I asked them the puffer jacket question.”

“Buckle in southcenter mall has the best staff and definitely will do plenty of shopping there. Years ago I said I would never shop at buckle again because of thier rude customer service and not at all helpful staff. Yes I said never again but last year for Christmas I new they had a gift that someone really wanted so I gave in and went into buckle because the person the gift was for was more important than my personal vendetta. Glad I did because the staff at this buckle was so great and amazing I have been back several times and will continue to make the two hours drive to shop here over many places closer to my house. Definitely a good spirited non pushy and very helpful staff.”

All of their locations are very consistent with quality of clothes, quality of customer service and check-out is so high tech now with the self-check-out devices where you put your clothes in it and it calculates for you how much everything is. The store always has great staples and everything is high quality! I especially love their sale items since a lot of times it's still in season. Like a few months ago, I bought heat tech high waisted stretchy pants for $20 while it was still really cold out. And recently, I bought a pair of cute yellow pants that is perfect for spring!”

“Had a GREAT experience at this Old Navy today with my 5-month-old son, along with a full size stroller.> The Store was SUPER CLEAN and organized!> Had no issues with the stroller - plenty of space throughout the store.> Family Friendly, Stroller friendly bathroom. Clean bathroom with a clean sturdy changing table. This bathroom is BIG!> I was offered ROOM 1 in the changing room- TONS of space for the stroller, myself, and the clothes. Again, a nice BIG clean changing room.> STAFF: Was super friendly from the moment I walked-in to the moment I checked out.
