“This is my favorite maternity clothes store! I have found all my favorite mat items here to help me feel beautiful during my pregnant summer and going into winter. They have a range of items and prices, which is great. I try to pop in every few weeks to keep my pregnant wardrobe fresh!”
“Great selection of clothing but prices are on another level of expensive. Also, it'd be great if the staff were more knowledgeable about the historical significance of Eddie Bauer and the origination of puffer jackets. I'm pretty sure, based on what I learned at the Museum of History and Industry, that Eddie Bauer invented one of the original puffer jackets, and I think the store should celebrate that success more prominently. Eddie Bauer should tell its Seattle-based origination story more. There was a timeline display on the wall, but I think most people interpret it only as decorative art, and even the employees seem to read it for the first time when I asked them the puffer jacket question.”
“On 12/19/24 we have a great experience with Billie. I just recently found her card as I meant to write a review in December. My husband and I were so impressed with her genuine sales ability. She picked out jeans that I would have never thought would look good on me. I walked out with 3 pair! She's a rock star. I hope she still works there.”

“This is the cutest store for kids and babies! The staff are friendly and helpful if you are looking for something in particular. I love that they have used stuff because kids go through things quickly and it’s more sustainable! You can sell your stuff to them as well. It’s just fun to be in there. “Tiger underwear is the best company in the world to buy double seat or 4 panel seat briefs. This is the underwear that was worn from the 1960's to the early 1980's. The double back or more panels briefs offer a very smooth durable soft quality touch to the briefs that do last long. They offer color and many different colors including two color briefs. The owner provides fantastic service and very fast shipment and delivery”
“I came in today looking for new clothes since it’s almost back to school season and I went shopping for my kids. Upon arrival I was greeted with a warm smile and I felt welcomed as soon as i walked in. As I continued my shopping, some prices were on point while other prices weren’t so on point. Long story short as I continued to checkout the clothes for my kids, I was rung up by a kind young lady named Amani. Her customer service was beyond amazing and she kept a good attitude and positivity throughout the interaction and she helped me with my prices. I feel more retail stores should have somebody as positive as Amani. Thank you Jcpenney”
“I visited here for a gift for my kids while visiting Seattle, and I was very pleased with the options. The shop owner greeted me as I walked in and was very helpful in helping me to find a great toddler shirt for my son. I was surprised how hard it was to find a toddler shirt in the area, but this store had both a decent variety as well as cute options. I left very pleased with my purchase and my son wears his Seattle shirt as often as he can! I highly recommend this store.”

“Love this place! Such a cute store with good quality items. I bought the oldest perfume brand, Santa Maria Novella from 1212. They sometimes have really cool events. There was once that they offered macarons from a locally owned French bakery and then a Photo Booth pictures that my pup sat inside for. The store is so beautifully crafted and the people working there are very helpful. Always a great experience. And bonus points for having general porpoise donut shop next door! Plus Umbria coffee is near by.

“JCPenney has really stepped up their game. I was looking for new work shirts and couldn't find what I needed. I found an amazing associate, SEVILLA! She happily walked around for 5 mins looking for what I needed. I would have never found them without her! They were out of my size, so she took me back to a register, looked them up and placed an online order for me. I ordered 5 and they showed up in 4 days to the store. The pick up was so organized and the lady working was so kind. In and out in 5 mins with my 5 well made Liz Claiborne button-down collared black work shirts. I will be shopping here more often if the service remains. Sevilla, You we're amazing! Thank you for your great customer service!”
“3 cheers for Sheryl! She is an absolutely exemplary employee, and if I didn’t live in another state I’d probably be trying to poach her to come work for me. She went above and beyond to help me get a dress for my daughter that was sold out across the country. She seemed to be alone at the register, and you could tell she was juggling multiple customers. Despite how busy she was, she made the effort to call me back when our call was dropped (twice!), and found a way to provide seamless, friendly service to guests checking out in person and over our phone call.
She so easily could have given up, I think most other slammed sales clerks would have— but she really cared and made our special holiday dinner dream dress come true. It was shipped quickly and properly, and the quality of the material/construction is heirloom— I could not be happier, and more impressed! It is so refreshing to find a company with such quality customer service; I will happily continue to shop with J&J. I hope Sheryl gets a big fat raise— she deserves it!”

“I came in with a very unique situation. I came in wearing a pair of old Carhartt pants that I've never been able to find again. As I was browsing, Sky came up to offer help. Long story short, I found out I had an old design of women's pants. Sky helped me find alternatives in both men's and women's styles and I left with a really nicely fitting pair of pants and a tote bag. I did not walk in with any intention of spending money. I just wanted to see what a Carhartt store was like. Sky is awesome. Now that I am a Seattle resident, I found where I'll be buying all of my Carhartt ?”
