“When my local UPS store in fairwood left me in a bind with printing a poster for an event I am having next day I called Staple. Alejandro answered the phone and was SO helpful, he guided me on how to get my poster printed and within hours even though they were slammed. I did what he said, and when I called back he was gone for the day but a really nice person told me they were aware of it and it would be ready in an hour. When I got there michael helped me and he was clearly overwhelmed by how busy they were and my poster wasn't ready. I was flustered, something that was supposed to be done, and wasn't because of the ups store was now taking several hours longer and I had so much more to do. Michael printed it right away, was above and beyond and even honored mismarked clearance items for me. Staples not only has everything you need but the team at staple the landing are professional, kind and just genuinely human. Thank you, you saved my behind!!!”

“Great customer service at this UPS location! I came in to send out a vacuum mop and the staff were super helpful and kind — they took the time to help me find the best box size for the item. They also let me borrow their tape gun, which was such a huge help since we were struggling with our little tape. It made packing everything up so much easier. Really appreciated their patience and willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you so much for your help!”

“One of the few stores I’ve been coming back to for years. The staff here is very friendly, polite and patient every time. It’s a business that works in the way every other business works. If you don’t like something, there are plenty of other places to go for service!”

Today, in the morning, I went in to mail some letters and needed help with questions and both clerks (female) were very polite, professional and helpful.
