She offers such a wide range of customizable products, and was able to take care of everything I needed in one place. From signage to gift tags, invitations, and welcome bag inserts, every detail felt cohesive and elevated.
Her design eye is amazing, and she brought ideas to life in a way I never could have on my own. Everything turned out polished and high quality, and truly elevated the overall look and feel of the wedding. The final products looked way better than anything I could have done on a DIY site, and the cost was honestly similar to what I would have spent doing it myself and stressing the whole time.
She was also very responsive and quick to turn things around, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Jenny made what could have been overwhelming feel completely manageable, and I’m so grateful for her work.”

“I don’t often take the time to write google reviews, but I had such a great experience at this location I felt compelled to share. Michelle was kind enough to help me minutes before closing to overnight an exceptionally important document that needed to be sent across the country. She and did everything in her power to make sure it arrived on time, was incredibly safe and protected while shipping, and still insured that we got the most affordable option available. Not only did that package arrive on time to a very thankful recipient, but the extra care she took in packaging kept it waterproofed when it was apparently delivered during a rainstorm. Michelle was an absolute lifesaver, and it’s so incredibly rare these days to experience customer service that is not only professional and helpful, but genuinely caring as well.
Aside from that experience, I ship from this location frequently and all the employees I’ve dealt with are equally friendly and go above and beyond to help their customers.”

“Had them ship a small fragile item (engine control unit) and pack it for me. Took all of 3 minutes. The price I paid ($40 altogether including shipping) was worth not looking for the bubble wrap tape and box that they included and there was no line. Time saved was worth the price in my opinion.”

“Had some trouble with our new Xerox 6515 we ordered via retailer. Contacted Xerox and they assigned QBSI to take a look. Field service technician Robert J with QBSI did an on-site evaluation and identified the problem. Robert ordered the required replacement and came back to us a few days later and did the service work.Robert was personable and professional. He also gave is a quick tutorial on the 6515 as well as giving is a few maintenance tips.Excellent experience.”

“I goto to this location 80% of the time since it’s convenient from my work and I would usually rate this a 3 star at best; however, I had such N awesome experience I had to comment.
So normally when I drop off FedEx packages I’m use to being pointed to the self directed check out. I normally like having it checked in with a person, but for at least a couple years I thought it was the norm that I had to use the self directed kiosk.
On Friday 29may2026, I had a more complex fedex transaction that needed explanation. Lidia was the person who helped me. It appeared she was the only staff person and a manager were present since they closed at 8pm. It was pretty busy, but she took the time to service me despite people waiting, explained processes/protocol (especially on creating self directed labels, and even checked the item for me unrequested. I was really shocked, because unlike the previous dozen visits over the last couple years, for the first time I felt being taken care of and had the full service experience.
