Her design eye is amazing, and she brought ideas to life in a way I never could have on my own. Everything turned out polished and high quality, and truly elevated the overall look and feel of the wedding. Michelle was kind enough to help me minutes before closing to overnight an exceptionally important document that needed to be sent across the country. She and did everything in her power to make sure it arrived on time, was incredibly safe and protected while shipping, and still insured that we got the most affordable option available. Not only did that package arrive on time to a very thankful recipient, but the extra care she took in packaging kept it waterproofed when it was apparently delivered during a rainstorm. Michelle was an absolute lifesaver, and it’s so incredibly rare these days to experience customer service that is not only professional and helpful, but genuinely caring as well.

“Had some trouble with our new Xerox 6515 we ordered via retailer. Contacted Xerox and they assigned QBSI to take a look. Field service technician Robert J with QBSI did an on-site evaluation and identified the problem. Robert ordered the required replacement and came back to us a few days later and did the service work.Robert was personable and professional. He also gave is a quick tutorial on the 6515 as well as giving is a few maintenance tips.Excellent experience.”
