“I had a front flat tire with no spare, luckily within a block of Tight-n-Tidy. I called Karl after hours on New Years day. He was kind enough to take the tire and did a wonderful job fixing it, as good as new. I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Life saver! God bless!

“They fixed a frustrating issue where water was dripping from the sunroof interior due to a very clogged drain hose. In addition they solved a super annoying problem with fasteners missing from the front bumper valence. That one has been bugging me for ages and I'm so grateful for the fix. “I had a great experience this week! After dropping some things off at Goodwill Sunday evening I noticed an immediate change in my driving and could hear a repetitive thump at low speeds. I saw Firestone was the only tire place open and it was about a half hour until close. I popped by doubting I would receive help with it being so close to closing but Nate immediately assisted me despite it being busy. He had me drive my car in front of him and even took it for a spin himself! We found a nail and he got me in the next day at 8am for a new set of tires and some other work I needed done (changing out filters). I had my car back to me by 4:30pm the same day. I spent half as much getting new tires at Firestone than when I previously did at Discount Tire. Most importantly, as a young woman clueless about anything auto repair related, I felt like I was treated with respect, transparency and overall felt I was in good hands. I will be returning for future auto needs!”
“Great guys and they love what they do, the guys at Darwin’s got me continentals that look new for 100$ a piece and had them do tire rotation on the front tires. I called multiple shops to find 265 35 R18 all could only special order off-brand tires.”
“I would give Titan Tires 10 stars if I could! I came in here with a nail in my tire, after being told by a discount chain tire store that due to the age of my tires I would have to buy 4 new tires, even though my tires were low mileage and had lots of tread left. The nice guy at Titan took out my nail, checked for leaks and said I was good to go. Oh, and no charge for that. I was in and out of there in 4 minutes. I highly recommend this place!”
“Great tire shop, we were on freeway pulling our travel trailer and tire pressure sensor told us losing pressure fast. We found them nearby they helped us as soon as they could. Did a great job finding problems, replaced tire stem, very reasonably and we were back on the road. Great friendly people. Thanks so much”

“I had a screw in my tire, causing a slow leak. They were very honest that the placement of the screw might mean it couldn't be repaired, and were very transparent about options if not. Thankfully, the tire was repairable, which they did - free of charge! This is the second Discount Tire location I've been super happy with.”
“It was my first time coming here. Everyone was really nice and they got done as fast as they could. Really busy but I was still out within an hour. I had an appointment and got right in and helped. They found something that Subaru didn’t a few months ago which was surprising. I got an oil change and tires rotated. Overall great experience and I will be back!”
“This Les Schwab has always been great to me, but this experience was over the top. As I was getting into my vehicle in Seattle, I noticed the right rear was flat, then spotted the nail sticking out of it. I didn’t have time for a repair in the city and also time to make it to daycare before they closed, so I filled the tire in town, and carefully drove to pickup my toddler. With toddler in hand I began to call the Renton and Issaquah tire places that were all near closing as it was now evening. No one was willing to look at the flat that day, and when I described it and told them the car was AWD they set about giving me quotes on replacing all 4 tires that were all 2-5 days out. When I called Les Schwab, they told me to stop by and they would take a look at it. They didn’t overpromise and guarantee repair, but promised to diagnose the flat this evening. I went straight there, but arrived 10 mins before closing time. They inspected the vehicle and confirmed they could repair the flat, they stayed 20 mins late and repaired it at no charge. WOW.”
