“So well organized. I was here to get on a cruise. I was concerned about figuring out where we were going and finding things. We were met at the curb. Our bags were picked up and taken to the boat. We were given directions on where to go. People were stationed anywhere you might need direction. It would have been hard to get lost. The lines were short with never more than a minute or so of waiting. Getting off the ship and back to the airport was equally simple though we did have about a 10 minute wait time getting on the bus. Overall a great experience.”
“Excellent in every way. They were easy to schedule and accommodated a next day move of a large hot tub.
The very strong and highly efficient crew of three was led by O.B.who was excellent. The crew were very careful in the disconnect and transportation of the hot tub. They took extra steps to ensure that the tub was not stressed by their movements. O.B. was communicative, kind, helpful and a real professional.
I will use Spa Go and request this team again.
I highly recommend using Spa Go Tukwila and highly recommend OB and this team.

“John and his team are awesome. We have tried several companies and none compare when it comes to communication and efficiency! They are super positive and great to work with even when there Are issues with the shipments. They stay calm and professional and help us resolve the issue. They are also super fast at loading and unloading and have competitive pricing. Their location is really convenient and easy to access when needed. I also like that they have nice new equipment which give us peace of mind that things will get done without their equipment breaking down like we had happen at some of the other competitors- putting us behind schedule. I am just so thankful we found them! Such a saving grace! We were frantically searching for a new company to do our transloading and temporary storage too and John was like an Angel sent from heaven. Couldn’t recommend them enough!”
“This is a maintenance facility for the light rail trains and is not open to the public. If you have interest, they are kinda cool to see up close. You can stand outside the fence and take a peek of operations. The SODO district is nearby, Jacks BBQ and the old Rainier brewery.”
