“We had the pleasure of starting our Alaska cruise from Pier 66 in Seattle, and it was one of the most scenic embarkation experiences we’ve had. Located right in the heart of the waterfront, this terminal offers a panoramic view of downtown Seattle, the majestic Space Needle, and the glittering skyline — all visible from the upper decks of the ship while docked.
The check-in and boarding process at Pier 66 was smooth and well-organized. The staff were helpful, and everything was clearly marked, making it easy even for first-time cruisers to find their way. Once onboard, we took some time to explore the top decks before sail away, and I couldn’t resist taking a few photos with my travel companion — a stylish cat-eared doll dressed for the occasion — with the city as our backdrop. ??

The view to the south offers a dazzling cityscape with sleek high-rises reflecting the light off Elliott Bay. “This is a maintenance facility for the light rail trains and is not open to the public. If you have interest, they are kinda cool to see up close. You can stand outside the fence and take a peek of operations. The SODO district is nearby, Jacks BBQ and the old Rainier brewery.”

“I am very pleasantly surprised with this company's customer service department, particularly the prompt customer service I received from Mayra. Not only did I get a response with in 24 hrs I also got a complete resolution of my complaint that I am 100% satisfied with. I had emailed the zipcar customer service department to inquire about refund on the application fee because I wasnt aware at the time of signup that the didn't service my current area and I would have no need for their services. I had expected like must company's the would be greedy and state that application fees are non refundable. They didn't get no hassel at all the just refunded me no problem. It is such a nice relief to see a company actually care more about customer service then making buck. Even though the refunded my measly $25 back to me..... they will make much more off all the recommendation to other potential customers I will be giving. Go with a company that values its customers.”
