Melissa is my favorite teller. She's awesome. She always calls me by Ms. Fox , very professional, but not necessary. I'm very comfortable with her and we chat during the translation, but don't hold up any line.She deserves a raise.

Very good experience. I only had to wait a few minutes and the teller was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Glad to see a BOA in Richland.

Just saw a commercial of BOA customers on their phones with the banking app. Too many banks closing. Customer service rules don't meet client needs. Scammers from foreign countries love this bank. They don't appear to protect the vulnerable.
